Klean Touch Reviews

Written by the company

Klean Touch is a London-based commercial cleaning company, working from our office in Fitzrovia, Central London. We look after offices, residential blocks and communal areas, gyms and leisure facilities, schools, and student accommodation across Greater London. We started Klean Touch because the same complaints kept coming up from property managers and office managers: cleaners who don't turn up, standards that slip after the first month, and nobody to call when something goes wrong. Our whole service is built around fixing that. Every visit is backed by timestamped photo reports, so you can see exactly what was done without having to be on site. Our cleaners are directly employed, hold their own DBS checks (evidence available on request), and follow COSHH safety practice. If a regular cleaner is off sick or on holiday, absence cover means your clean still happens. We work out-of-hours and early mornings so your team and tenants aren't disrupted, and our contracts are flexible rather than locked in. Every client has a named point of contact who answers the phone and the emails. We start with a free site survey. We walk the space with you, agree exactly what is included, and then send a clear written proposal tailored to your building. There is no obligation. If you've been let down by a cleaning contractor before, we'd welcome the chance to earn your trust. Call us on 020 4572 9068 or request a survey at klean-touch.co.uk.See more
