I was moving house as I’d gotten an opportunity to move abroad! I got in contact with John from KleanFest as I had gotten their contact from a friend.
Within 48hrs. They just didn’t give availability which I was grateful for as I am working on a strict deadline. They showed up. Got the carpets and rug done in less than 4hrs (3 floors!). Thank you! Highly recommend

I had my carpet cleaned and grass cut today and I am blown away!

My carpet is 23 yers old and now it looks 5 years old, I don’t need to buy a new carpet for a while! Kleanfest scrubbed the entire floor with a small brush before using the machine to finish off, paying careful attention to detail everytime.

I was pleased with the professionalism. There was no judgment on the state of my carpet and I felt totally at ease. Kleanfest (John) was knowledgable and gave me verbal care instructions for maintenance between now and my next clean.

Finally, my garden! My garden looked like a jungle and within an hour John cut it right down to a manageable level to maintain.

I am now in a position of loving my home and garden again, it’s been a long time of feeling embarrassed.and dreading having visitors!

I was passing a house I was looking at renting and Kleanfest were there doing an end of tenancy clean. John came out and introduced himself and was very friendly, the type of person you immediately warm too. I took his card and I gave him a call after needing an end of tenancy clean at very short notice. He moved heaven and earth to get him and his guys to the house and they have been here from morning till night. I honestly do not know how they have managed to do what they have done in just one day.

I cannot recommend Kleanfest enough they are honestly the best I’ve ever used. I will 100% be using John and the guys for everything going forwards. Great Job and even better people!

John and his team not only cleaned before a tenant moved in but have just completed a superb job after they left. It is a large house with lots of places for dirt to hide and John and team have done such an amazing job ! From pulling out all the furniture and cleaning all the floors properly to wiping down all the intricate lighting, to ensuring all the sofas are spotless. Even the outside patios and windows were cleaned and swept. John takes pride in his work and won’t stop until everything is done. I got back to the house and it was immaculate. The attention to detail is great and I will definitely use John’s team again.

John’s team cleaning service is exceptional. Passionate about cleaning, he holds very high standards. His team do a really thorough, proper job, with environmentally friendly and effective homemade cleaning products. He is genuinely bothered about the unseen dust and debris - what can’t be seen (but can be felt). My house feels fresh, spotless and genuinely cared for, it’s never looked or felt so clean.
John goes the extra mile and even in his charming summer Nigerian shorts on a super freezing day he is always happy - he loves his work.
He loves to hunt out hidden dirt and blockages - He pulled apart my tumbler dryer which I didn’t know was even possible and it now dries a full load in 20 minutes which before took over an hour. So, he has already paid for his time in electricity savings. Charming, kind and hard working, John leaves you feeling happier than a day at the spa for far less money!
