Poor products, aggressive sales tactics. Not for everyone
Very aggressive distributor
Very aggressive distributor. Ordered, agent has refused to deliver on time yet gets face on and sends aggressive text messages when I have to go to work. Been 8 weeks and still not delivered my items. Had to block the agents number due to receiving up to 10 aggressive messages a day.
Wow this company is a joke!!
Wow this company is a joke!!! Having ordered off the internet after two weeks still no delivery.
Email sent, no reply. Tried to call, i was 28th in the queue and would be waiting 108 minutes!!!! Really!!!! Had a reply back to my email saying that my order status had been updated on line. Logged in, couldn't track delivery as it wouldn't let you type in your order number.
Still waiting for a reply back about delivery........

The Bridgend Agent left a catalogue on …Sunday March 26th
The Bridgend Agent left a catalogue on the Sunday of march 26th and written promise to collect it on the Tuesday of the 28th. My Wife enclosed an order for a Grouting Pen but made the mistake of enclosing the money (£8). Tuesday came and not collected. I rang the Agent (female) and she stated it would be collected on the Thursday. It was eventually collected on the Sunday 2nd of April. I wasn't sure how long the order took to be delivered to us from collection. I rang Head Office at Accrington on April 19th and was told at the outside 2 weeks. I stated that it was now 16 days and have not received our order!! She said to give it a couple more days due to Easter period.
We are still waiting!! - I have sent 3 E-Mails to Head Office regarding this matter and HO have not had the decency to respond!!
As far as I am concerned this is fraud and Kleenezee are not prepared to deal with it. I have read other "Reviews" and this company should be closed down.!!
I this company for real ???????
I had a problem with a product so I called for help/advice on Feb. 13th. I was promised a call back but nobody bothered to call me back. When I spoke to them again (today Feb. 16th.), the agent and whomever she contacted internally were pretty clueless. Even though I had been given a reference number on my first call nobody offered any help or assistance other than telling me I would receive a refund. I'm not holding my breath on this as they didn't even know the payment method I had used. I guess it's easier for them to return payment than to be bothered with addressing the problem and helping a customer. "OMG, do you mean we actually have to do some work for our pay checks?" These people are masquerading as a real company. Lazy wannabes!

Appalling Customer Service
Ordered 4 items on 8th May
3 Items delivered on 27th May. Missing item would be delivered following week so I paid for all 4.
Item not received by 8th June so tried to contact Distributor. Voicemail not available.
Rang Kleeneze. Girl said she would check and ring back.
Did not ring back.
Rang again on 10th June. Second person said she would check and ring back. She did ring back and said the item was back in stock and had been re-ordered by the Distributor.
When nothing had arrived by 16th June I e-mailed.
This e-mail was ignored.
23rd June e-mailed again. Response was that the item had been re-ordered and would be delivered as soon as possible.
Asked for definition of "as soon as possible" and said if it was not received by 28th June I wanted my money back.
Guess what - today is 28th June.
Rang again this morning to be told the Distributor had the item!!
Beware!! Kleeneze have no responsibility because they treat their Distributors as self employed.
In effect I have no Consumer Protection because of this. All I caan do is write Recorded Delivery to the Distributor to say he is in Breach of Contract and, if that fails, sue him.
As a disabled pensioner I cannot afford to lose any more money so I have lost out all round.
