DREADFUL EXPERIENCE … 0*

Only gave one star as you have to leave a minimum of 1 in order to rate.
Absolutely dreadful experience starting with the non delivery of the order (many box files) … emails to customer service go unanswered and yet, daily, I get a request to rate their product. I’ve realised it’s their own internal ratings, hence my review doesn’t get published and they just have two reviews. Go figure. Had they left me alone, I’d have left it … but constant bombardment mixed with their failure to adhere to GDPR and remove my details has made me quite angry.
Wouldn’t go near them again with a barge pole.

Beautiful case

Beautiful case for my kindle. This is not my first from this company. My late husband brought me many. The personalization makes it wonderful for me. Dedicated to my beautiful black cat Salem who is my rock.
Fits my kindle colour soft perfectly. Beautiful craftsmanship, with the name of the person who crafted it. Thank you, Kim 😊😺

Stunning Product

Blown away by the quality of the workmanship and attention to detail in the case that I received for my Kindle. I made a personalisation request and KleverCase went above and beyond in fulfiling my order. It also arrived swiftly. Will certainly be ordering again from here in the future!

Excellent experience

I’ve been considering buying the vintage book box files for weeks, deliberating how many, which designs etc. I finally got around to ordering them this week, and just 2 days later they are now sitting proudly on the shelf in my office. I absolutely love them and they are just what I was after!
I was nearly put off by the negative reviews but my experience with this company has been excellent and I will definitely be buying from them again.

Beautiful bags!

I really don't understand the negative reviews. My new Labyrinth book bag is beautiful and so different. It arrived quickly and it's well made.
I almost didn't make my order because of some of these reviews. I'm really glad I ignored them.

Really disappointed

Really disappointed. The quality wasn't great. The picture which was supposed to be white was tinged purple. When contacting they said it was supposed to be like that? Which is very clearly shouldn't be. The logo is white. Pure white. I won't be ordering again.

Good experience despite little mistake

They initially sent me the wrong case for my kindle. I asked for an exchange and they let me keep the accidental case and sent me the new one on top. Very nice customer service and great selection!

Astounding disappointment

I bought a customized e-reader case. I don't think I have ever been angrier with a purchase in my entire life. Perhaps all the raving reviews raised my expectation.
I submitted two reference pictures. One features the book cover of the first edition of Matilda by Roald Dahl. The other is the same cover in a better resolution I found on the internet with the colour tuned to what I'd like. Trusting that kelvercase employed professional designers to handle customized orders, I thought the pictures together with my written instruction were enough to allow any competent designers to understand that I wanted that first edition cover design, just in a different colour. No. When I opened the package, I thought they sent me a mis-printed product by mistake. Matilda was positioned ACCROSS THE BOOK SPINE so when closed, the cover features half a Matilda. It's so bad that it's not really a matter of personal taste anymore. It looks like the machine malfunctioned so the image was askew. I can't take it outside because it is so embarrassing. It's simply proof this company does not put any effort into customized products because, you know, they are not refundable.
When I emailed them they said they thought "it looks great". I wish I could upload a picture so everyone knows how ridiculous this is.

Nice idea BUT horrendously overpriced and THE worst experience getting THEIR mistake rectified

Great photos for the products and I was very excited about placing my order.

But I was SO disappointed with what I received:

1) the book files, which arrived rubbed and a bit squashed/dented (the spines are actually just hollow attachments to cheap plastic files which don't close properly on their flimsy plastic buttons) due to them having been poorly packed, and-

2) a personalised notebook (intended as a special gift for someone), which was missing its bookplate and which had fingerprint smudges in glue front and back.

As a result I contacted the company with photos of the "damage" and the missing element, and the rest is rather unpleasant history.

I was repeatedly asked to send more and more photos and told to explain the issues again and again; all as though the person dealing with this thought that I was not being truthful about the damage. It certainly seems that someone who doesn't immediately demand a refund/money off is suspicious?

The damage was never addressed in any way shape or form, and the missing part was sent out in a plain envelope without any support and not even First Class as promised (it was posted Second Class and, obviously, took ages to arrive as we were in the middle of a pandemic after all). When I dared to (politely, by the way) mention this in relation to the other issues the person I was unfortunate enough to have contact with became quite unpleasant.

Bottom line:
1) I paid well over the odds for something which is poor quality (lovely idea, abjectly poor execution on all fronts), and-

2) was treated shabbily despite trying to just get what I paid for, nothing more. Seems that once they have your money, they really do not care.

Tip: Use a credit card to pay with so that you can claim your money back if needed. I was foolish enough to not do so and am out of pocket for way more money than I care to mention.

Terrible aftersales service for faulty products

I’d give this lot zero stars if I could. On 2 separate occasions I’ve found them to be completely unhelpful and unwilling to repair or replace faulty products, contrary to consumer legislation.

I recently had an issue with poor product quality, where an iPhone cover casing cracked and the leather detached from be plastic holder. The response I received is almost so bad to be unbelievable. This was their response:

“As the case is 5 months old and this type of damage is not a fault of the product, we wouldn’t change it. It looks like a couple of spots of super glue behind the snap in holder would solve the problem though!”

Disgraceful company - avoid them!
