I ordered my Christmas cards, a few different designs and two packs of cut out cards. Delivery was quick but missing a 6 pack of cards, I advised their customer support immediately, no response. Waited 5 days and I sent another email, no response. Waited another week, emailed again, still no response. Appalling customer support! The cards were lovely but I am missing 6 cards and they have my money. Needless to say I will not be dealing with them again.

A couple of years ago I found their amazing craft 3D cards at the Irish Design Shop, when they were operating under the name of Alljoy Designs (I think). As I ran out of my stock of the cards, I went online and found out they are now operating under the name Klick. They have beautiful cards / light boxes which have been very much much appreciated by all my family members and friends. Their light boxes are well crafted and USB cable so can adapt to any country / region! Their response is always very swift. For anyone looking for gifts / beautiful cards to cheer up the loved ones, this is the shop for you!
