I have very bad experience with the service from Klingai
i mean even with a picture reference it…
i mean even with a picture reference it got one out of 20 right so you do the math on that 20 25 coins per go smh i wont be back. kling has probably been the worst out of all the ai platforms i have used so far
24-hours generation
Even tough I'm on a free plan, I wanted to try the platform and I am now waiting 24th hour for my 5 second video to be generated. It's a disaster and I definitely don't feel invited to buy any plan.
Limited features - no refunds
The product is very limited. Does not create live action videos. The website description is very limited, forcing you to buy the product to find out what it does. Then they do not refund customers who are dissatisfied with the product, forcing them to pay for a year's subscription, even if the product is useless to them.
Shady credit card activity
Not had bad results but, be VERY careful about giving your card details, which is the only way to pay (red flag) I used a currency card that I loaded with $20 dollars. The payment went out as planned ($5) and then before I knew it, I had $2 left on the card. A payment for Amazon.com had been taken….and I know that wasn’t me, and it probably wasn’t Amazon
Buyer Beware and buy elsewhere!
Paid for Credits, Got Endless "Queue Busy" Errors – No Support
Bought credits today expecting to create videos/images right away. Immediately hit "queue for free plan is busy, upgrade" message—despite having paid credits. Tried multiple times across hours (including off-peak), same error every time. No live chat, Discord, or phone—only email support, which hasn't replied yet. Filed bank dispute as service undelivered. Kling AI: Fix your servers for paying users and add real customer service. Don't waste your money until they sort this.
Credits wiped with no warning when changing plan
After 2 days on the Standard plan, I upgraded to Premier and paid $80. I had time to use only about 10% of my monthly credits. When I switched back to Standard, my remaining 7,000 credits were reset to zero with no on-screen warning.
Support only repeated the usage policy. I asked to switch back to Premier to restore my credits and was refused. They acknowledged the lack of clarity in the process but offered no solution despite 3 follow-ups. Absolute careless customer service. Avoid it.
Very disappointed – double charge and no support
Very disappointed – double charge and no support
I am very disappointed with my experience with Kling AI. I paid for a monthly subscription with my card, and they charged me twice. Worst of all, there is no technical support on their website, so we are left completely in the dark.
I strongly advise other users to be very careful before purchasing, because you could end up in the same situation: double charges, no refunds, and nobody to contact. We pay to work and trust the service, and in the end, we are left stuck with no solution.
Really frustrating and not recommended at this time.
Terrible support and unauthorized charges
I am extremely disappointed with Kling AI. Their support is completely unresponsive — I spent several days trying to resolve an issue with repeated charges, but instead of real help, I only received endless requests for the same information.
In the end, I had to delete my account (and lose all remaining credits) just to stop the payments. This is absolutely unacceptable and feels like a scam.
I provided all requested details, including my email, but nothing was ever fixed. The support team ignored my messages, and the billing attempts are still continuing to this day.
I will be sharing my experience publicly so others don’t waste their money and time.
Avoid this service until they fix their customer support and refund policy.
What ????????????????????????????!
What ????????????????????????????!
It is forbidden to create nighttime images with artificial intelligence, as it goes against the platform's regulations.
yes yes you understood correctly
When you add the words "At nite" to your prompt, they send you the message that you need to respect the rules and be mindful of the other people around you.
I'm really starting to get tired of all the profound stupidity. That's why after seeing that, I came here.
Enough is enough
I closed my account months ago and…
I closed my account months ago and still getting charged. Customer service is useless, they keep saying they are loking into issue and never gets back to me.
Scum.
A company who steals IP to make money, scamming customers with 'free trials' which don't work but instead try and railroad you into an overpriced monthly subscription.
Scum sums it up really.
Don't use. This program sucks…
I have spent a good bit of money on credits to generate images. I have used my own prompts, prompts suggested by others, and prompts generated by the software itself. Credit after credit, the images that are produced NEVER match the prompt. When you ask it NOT to do something, it does it anyway. I asked it to design a character wearing a breast plate for armor and it gave me a female caricature with the biggest tits I've ever seen and areolas the size of dinner plates. When I said I wanted the chest size reduced, it flagged me as making inappropriate prompts which is weird because without asking, it put tits in my face but won't let me take them out. This software is really bad and customer service is non-existent. I would use a completely different software. DO NOT give them your money. Images are fine but it will cost you a month's worth of credits to get ONE single image you feel like "might" be ok.
My $125 Lesson with KlingAI – What They Don’t Tell You About Credit Drains & AI Errors
I want to share my experience with KlingAI, so other creators know what to expect before spending money.
I used KlingAI to make a short animated commercial. The concept of generating cinematic AI video sounds incredible, but my actual experience was frustrating — and expensive.
Even with super clear prompts, the system kept adding extra, unprompted characters that I never asked for:
• A man suddenly appeared outside the French doors, staring in.
• Another man stood behind my main character, reading from a book like a director.
• Random background figures walked across multiple shots.
Every time it happened, I had to re-render the scene — and each retry cost more credits. These weren’t small creative mistakes; they were obvious AI errors.
In total, I spent about $125 USD trying to correct issues that shouldn’t have existed in the first place. When I reached out to support, they were polite but said refunds only apply to “system-detected failures,” not AI glitches like these.
Even after escalation, I was told my case would “help improve accuracy in the future,” but no credits or refunds were ever restored. It honestly felt like the system was built to drain credits through forced retries.
KlingAI definitely has potential — I actually wanted it to work — but right now it’s too unstable and too expensive to recommend. Until they fix the reliability and refund policy, I’d advise creators to be cautious.
Good performance with a huge red flag!
While it can give pretty neat results, the subscription system is what I want to warn others about.
Once subscribed, you can't even cancel anymore!
You go to the plans page and click "manage", a popup opens with your subscription information, and a [cancel] button. Click that, and another popup opens with a warning about losing subscription benefits, and an AI chat. Nothing to proceed with. By chatting and requesting cancellation it simply redirects you back to the same page where you click "manage" (it recommends doing that!) and the same dead circle starts all over again.
demand a **full refund** for all…
demand a **full refund** for all billing periods in which I was charged after cancellation, or during times when your software was inaccessible or unusable which was the last 5 MONTHS. DISGRACEFUL an di see many others have same reviews! My subscription should have been terminated as requested, and continued charges constitute unauthorized billing.
Over the past year, I’ve tested more than 50 AI tools in the photo editing space, and unfortunately, I have encountered this same problem with about 15 of them. Many users across online forums, review platforms, and social media have expressed identical frustrations—companies continuing to bill despite cancelled subscriptions or exceeding authorized charges. This is a growing industry-wide concern that reflects poorly on any company engaging in these practices.
Scam
I i started a subscription but get “system busy / cannot submit tasks, try on off-peak hours”
I have tried for several days to create pictures but get the same message over and over again.
Misleading Plan, Credits Run Out Too Fast, and Watermarks Still There
I paid $6 for Kling AI’s monthly plan, which claimed to include 660credits and allow me to create about 33 videos. But after just 2 videos, I noticed each video costs 50 credits, meaning I can only make around 12 videos — not 33 as advertised.
On top of that, my videos still have a watermark even though I’m on a paid plan, and the AI doesn’t follow my prompts accurately. This feels misleading and disappointing. I’ve contacted support for a refund and hope they resolve it soon. I have messaged customer care and they are ghosting me. This is actually breach of trust and contract and this is so not good for your image. I really regret this. I want a refund Kling ai.
Kling AI deletes my $90 balance
Kling AI just deleted my points worth about $90. I tried to contact them, however, it's pretty much impossible. While I generally liked them, this experience is unacceptable!
Do NOT get trapped in an Annual Plan - Trust the negative reviews
I enjoyed the product and believe it is one of the better ones on the market, unfortunately the way the company, particularly the billing, is run is not up to par and very slimey. I signed up for an annual subscription. Once I used up my credits within 1 day, I tried to purchase extra credits, but the payment system they use for extra credits is a different, internal, less-trusted system than Stripe, which they use for subscriptions. It's sketchy that they use a legit payment system like Stipe to get you to subscribe, but use an unknown, less trusted one to handle other payments. I still tried to purchase payments but their system never worked and never gave me the extra credits. On top of that, another issue is that they sent a notification to me saying that if I filled out a survey I would get 100 extra credits as a reward. I filled out the survey and never got the credits (which is a scheme I've seen other companies do). I contacted them about both issues. They gave some excuse for both and said they were being looked into. I still never ever saw those 100 credits and their payment system never worked for me to get new credits, so my project is stuck unfinished. Finally, after reading reviews and seeing most people have similar issues I repeatedly asked if I could cancel my subscription and be refunded for the months I didn't use. The first 2 times were ignored. Finally the last time they said no refunds. So it feels very scammy, like a gotcha. You pay an annual subscription and then once you realize that the service is not up to par, that they lie about credits, have sketchy/inconsistent payment practices, allow projects to get stuck for a month, and other people have had billing issues, you cannot cancel and they run off with your money because "GOTCHA, no refunds!". I still requested a refund since it hadn't even been a week into my subscription, and am writing this review as a warning to other users to NOT do the annual plan. This company is too mis-managed at the business/billing level to trust that. If you must, do a monthly payment instead, which you can cancel at any time, but read the reviews first because people seem to be having issues with that too.
