I've got 10 quotes from the clinics in Antalya and Klinik was the most serious clinic I amongst them. If you are serious about getting amazing results as well as the guidance before and after the surgery, do yourself a favour and choose Klinik Europe. They rejected my friend for her procedure but luckily they accepted me. Their quote was slightly more expensive than the others that I'd received but the value they provide it worths every penny. It makes the real difference. In fact I know for a fact that one of the ladies who died in Antalya last year had a consultation with Klinik Europe too for her surgery. But unfortunately she chose a cheaper option. Ece is such a caring person. She is realistic and she will tell you the good bad and the ugly. Mel Sofia and the whole team including doctor Atlan is amazing. I have already referred them to a friend. Thank you for taking such a good care of me. You are all superstars x

I had a facial fat transfer with Dr Altan Tekin, From the initial consultation, I felt very comfortable & the whole team was incredibly kind, professional, and attentive throughout the process. On the day of the procedure, they made me feel calm and reassured, and my worries a few days latter were followed up by a meeting which totally reassured me everything was fine which it was a day or two later just as Dr Altan said.

The results are very natural and exactly what I was hoping for—subtle without it looking overdone.

I truly appreciate the skill and care that went into my treatment and would highly recommend this surgeon and his team to anyone considering a facial fat transfer.

Lovely staff great from start to finish made me feel very comfortable would highly recommend I had upper and lower eyes done

I would like to clarify the sequence of events regarding my experience.

At no point was I offered multiple appointment dates. I was initially informed of an appointment on May 23, which I declined due to unavailability. After this refusal, I did not receive any further response from your department, despite the fact that I could not attend on that date.

I only received a reply after posting a negative review. At that moment, an alternative appointment was proposed for October 30, which was approximately five months later. On September 30, I informed you that I would not be able to attend on that date either.

Following this, I left several messages requesting another solution or alternative dates. Unfortunately, I only received acknowledgements stating that someone would get back to me, which did not happen. No additional appointment date was proposed.

This situation has been very frustrating. Given the lack of follow-up and the absence of a workable solution, I believe that a refund of my deposit would be the most reasonable outcome.

I am sharing this feedback to accurately describe my experience and to explain why I was dissatisfied with the level of communication and customer service.

I had three procedures with Klinik (dr Celik)
Two liposuctions: calve, thigh, lower abdomen. Then 360, back and arms
I went back for a third time : thighs and butt lipo, chin lipo, upper eyelid surgery, buccal fat pad removal,
I have met patients who had tummy tuck, implants, bbl …

We all agree that the pre op and post op care is fantastic. They are respectful and patient, very accommodating on date and needs.

I love the falcon hotel there is a great view and buffet and the staff is used to interact with esthetic patients and are very helpful and non judgmental.

There is a private driver to take you every you need to go and an optional night nurse to stay the night with you. There are also daily visit at the hotel from Klinik nurse and a drainage massage is you request one
There is no hidden cost everything is explain before the surgery including the tipping culture

The whole trip was flawless everyone involved was very professional and helpful. My surgeon Dr Altan was amazing and the nurses outstanding I would recommend Klinik Europe to anyone who needs a little help for improvement..

Every person were very nice and professional, nurses were taking care of me before during and after treatment. I could ask any questions and all of them were answered. Staff was very helpful and nurses Aysegul and Ozge were very friendly and they maked sure i am ok at all the time. I amd very pleased with the result of mine treatment, i didn't had any complications or i fections, wound were healing very well and scars look good and neat. I would highly recommend to choose Klinik Europe

I had an upper Blep done in June , the service from De Celik was outstanding .
He was so quick and efficient abs the clinic was so clean .

Dr Celik is an amazing surgeon and his staff the nurses and co- ordinater were so helpful and efficient . I could not recommend them enough . Excellent

From the moment we was picked up by the klinik driver until the same driver dropped us back 8 days later the whole team couldn't have done more.
My wife felt like she was with friends and Doctor altan was absolutely amazing.
He listened to things my wife wanted and helped her make the right choices for herself and what could be achieved.
The results after a uplift , implant replacement,360 tummy tuck and lipo with thigh lipo are just amazing.

I had a full tummy tuck in Feb of this year, i had the most amazing experience and considering i came from Australia felt so supported by both of my hosts (Aysegul and Ozge), the entire process was so smooth and all requests were met at the moment i made them! I am now 3 weeks post op and I cant fathom on how much of an amazing job Dr. Celik he listened to my requests and made me look and feel amazing, all parties made me feel extremely safe and could not have been happier, if i were to ever need anything done again i would definitely use Klinik Euro even if the flight is 24 hours 🤗

From start to finish it was seamless. Being met at the airport, arriving at the beautiful Falcon Hotel & being introduced to the two amazing & professional nurses Özge & Ayşegül who I have to say went above & beyond for me during my stay. I genuinely loved them.
My operation went without a hitch. My surgeon was a miracle worker.
The after care was second to none & I can say that 3mths since my operation that I feel amazing & I’m so happy with how I look.
In all honesty though, the care & friendship I built with Ayşegül & Özge was the best thing. Those ladies are amazing.

I cannot speak highly enough about my experience with Klinik Europe. From the very beginning, the team’s level of support and coordination was absolutely outstanding. Denise, who coordinated my journey from the start was fantastic. He made the entire process seamless by promptly handling everything from dates, times, and prices to organising virtual consultations with the surgeon. His kindness, patience, and helpful advice, especially on payments and pre-surgery preparations like blood tests, made everything so easy. Denise truly went above and beyond to ensure my experience was as smooth and stress-free as possible.

Dr. Altan Tekin, the surgeon, is nothing short of amazing. After a significant weight loss, I had a breast uplift, vertical torsoplasty, liposuction 360, and fat transfer to my breasts. The results are truly transformative. Dr. Tekin has an incredible eye for detail and the way he’s sculpted my body is just perfection. I am thrilled with the results, and even though I’m just on day four of recovery, I already know I will be returning for additional surgeries with him, including work on my thighs and neck. His expertise and the care he put into my surgery have exceeded all of my expectations. On top of him being an amazing surgeon, him and his team were so kind, comforting and considerate. So professional too!

It was also a true honour to meet Dr. Gonül, the director of Klinik Europe, both before and after my surgery. He was truly lovely, warm, and welcoming. His personal involvement and the fact that he took the time to meet me and ensure everything was going well left such a positive impression on me. It was clear from the outset that he genuinely cares about his patients and their well-being, and this made the experience all the more special.

The hosts, Ayşegül and Özge, have been absolutely wonderful and an absolute asset to Klinik Europe. From the moment I landed, they were by my side, making sure I felt safe, comfortable, and well-supported. They are the most lovely women you would ever want to meet on this journey. They’ve been with me every step of the way, answering questions, providing moral support, and assisting with nursing care. Their expertise and genuine kindness have made me feel cared for in the most personal way possible. Whether it was a phone call, daily check-ins in person and messages all day, or taking me for walks to help me feel better post-surgery, their support has been invaluable- you wouldn’t get this service anywhere else. They truly made this experience so much more than just medical care—they became like friends who were always there when I needed them. Always so friendly, professional and immaculately presented - such an amazing pair of faces of this company.

The Falcon Hotel, where I stayed during my time in Turkey, is also worth mentioning. The service, food, and cleanliness were absolutely amazing. The hotel staff were so attentive, and everything was taken care of with the utmost care. The transfers to and from the clinic were organised, so I didn’t have to worry about a thing. It was an added touch that made the entire experience even more convenient and enjoyable. The food was fantastic, and the rooms were spotless and comfortable.

Klinik Europe’s entire team has made me feel so well taken care of, and I know that I can trust them completely for any future procedures. I’ve already signed up for additional treatments whilst here, including Botox and dental work for my partner and me, purely because of the incredible service and care I’ve received here.

The level of care and professionalism at Klinik Europe far exceeds anything I’ve experienced, especially compared to my previous surgery in the UK. I would never go to a UK surgeon again. Dr. Altan Tekin is a genius in his field, and I’m incredibly grateful for the beautiful results he’s given me. I’ll miss Ayşegül and Özge when I leave, but I can’t wait to see them again on my next trip!

Amazing company with amazing results!

From start to finish with klinik europe has been excellent from 1st point of communication with Mel reccomendations of surgery and feed back from surgeon and team , day b4 flew WhatsApp communication with co ordinator and meeting nurses ays and izgul , there care communication even if there was a little barrier Google translate was brilliant had some laughs and they are very profesdional , caring and two gourgous girls hospital clean nurses look after you and Dr celilk and his team are very professional , Hotel stay comfortable friendly nothing was to much , I would definitely reccomend this klinik and already have a friend booking

So i had not such good surgery done in Istanbul over a year ago.

In fact it's really not good.

I am now petrified to get more corrective stuff done and iv been to embarrassed to show anyone my face to get help. Its so bad that I'm to embarrassed to even go to work.

That was until I messaged Mel at this clinic.

First off all she recognised me as a human being with feelings!

She cud see straight away the issues im having after surgery in Istanbul.

However Mel remained totally professional and did not say anything negative about my previous clinic just said what she cud see, that's a professional !😁😁

Her caring attitude and kindness to a stranger was is just so amazing and for the first time since surgery, I have been able to talk with someone like Mel and ask for help and guidance.

I had to save for a long time to get my surgery done and it seems now as if I wasted my money. Iv had to save again but I dnt know if I can afford to get corrected.🙆‍♂️🙆‍♂️🙆‍♂️

Such a horrible position to be in and I never expected it.

Mel is trying to get me advice and costs for corrective surgery.

What I wud say is that even if I can't afford the clinics prices to correct things, I wud recommend Mel and this team simply due to their approach and kindness . They sound very confident and competent.

I Wish I had found them over a year ago.

They also have amazing knowledge. They have already suggested a care plan for me and said they wud be happy to help me if i can afford it.

That in itself immediately made me feel safe and cared for for the fisrt time since my surgery.

It's been really tough dealing with this on my own , it really has. But I have just been to embarrassed and ashamed to let ppl see me.

From first contacting KE, to the day of my departure, I consistently received a high level of care and support from all the Team involved. A clear Treatment Plan was conveyed throughout so I knew exactly what was happening on each day as and when needed. I would definitely reach out to KE if I desire future Surgery.

I had 360 lipo to my upper and lower abdomen my lower back my side flanks and mid back along with J plasma skin tightening. I fly back home in the morning I have just been given the all clear to fly off my surgeon dr Altan ( he is lovely and he put me at ease when he was marking out my body he was so precise and took his time to follow all the contours of each muscle . You can tell he takes great pride in his work I would recommend him to my friends and family. Ayşegül and ozge looked after me from the start they organise everything and let me tell you these two girls are amazing ! They are with you every step of the way from sorting out your hotel and transportation to changing your dressings and bringing you medication. They are both so so professional and you can tell they really care about their patients. If you have any problems you can WhatsApp message the girls and they are quick to respond. Me and my partner can’t thank the two girls enough they are an absolute credit to klinic Europe they are so professional and make people feel at ease thank you x The level of care here puts England to shame I have had multiple surgeries in England and they do the absolute bare minimum as far as care goes . Here in turkey I had all my bloods taken then I was given chest X-rays before any surgery! This doesn’t happen in England . After the surgery I had my own nurse from klinic Europe who looked after me all night as well as the hospital staff any pain and you are given pain medication it’s first class medical care . Before I left you go and have sit down consultation with your surgeon where he fully briefs you on aftercare and asks if you have any questions the whole experience was amazing . Honestly get yourself over you will get looked after like a king .

Very happy with Klinik Europe.
My host Aysegul and nurse Ozge are fantastic, spent a lot of time with me explaining everything, they are learning English and Google translator helped where needed. Always available even after hours and both are qualified nurses who previously worked at the hospital, so they knew all the people to get things done quickly.
Dr Altan is an artist, very patient and caring. He spent a lot of time with me explaining the procedure and then the aftercare is amazing too. If I need more surgery, I want Dr Altan.
The hotel that klinik use is all inclusive so no worries about finding food and drinks.
All in all, there is no reason I would go to any other company.
