Having experienced a little irritation at 6 months in I contacted the Klira Derm team over email and received a very quick response over the weekend! Both Rosie and Sarah have been fantastic, recommending exactly what to do and what additional product to add to my routine. They have even adjusted my subscription to allow me the time to reintroduce Klira to my routine without having a surplus of product.

I am incredibly impressed with the quality and efficiency of the support I have received and would highly recommend Klira - in fact I have already told all of my friends and family about the product.

I have only been using the product for a month, so a little early to say, but I have been very pleased with how my skin is looking and look forward to seeing some further results in the future. Amazing, amazing, amazing, that’s all I can say. I have tried so many different things on my skin and with it changing due to perimenopause, hormone changes and constant outbreaks this is the first product in years that has stopped outbreaks, helped scaring, brightened my skin and just has honestly improved it hugely. So much so that I have changed from the monthly subscription to the yearly one as I am so sure that this is the right treatment for my skin and will continue using with the ease that it’s only one product and the other products that are recommended to use along side are easily accessible and budget friendly unlike other products I have used before. I moved to Klira from another competitor. I was already blown away by the difference Tret can make to my skin texture and wrinkles but I wondered if I could do better. I’m so glad I did. It’s absolutely 100% worth the 12 month subscription. I don’t need anything else now, just my Klira and some SPF. I’m enjoying seeing improvements over the weeks and taking photos of the progress. This is a fantastic product backed up by great support from the Klira Team. I wanted something that would work on mature skin and could be incorporated into a low maintenance regime. Delighted with the results, and if you have sensitive skin like me, do persevere and make sure you follow the application instructions properly. Signing up for Klira was straightforward, my treatment is bespoke to my skin type/condition and works with my daily routine, monthly deliveries are prompt and there is always someone available to answer questions and give advice. The results are well worth it and I also like that Klira recommend complimentary products that are reputable and affordable. You won’t be disappointed if you try.

Klira is by far the best investment I've made for my skin. I've only been using my prescription for a month and there are noticeable changes to my skin, and others have commented too, which is WONDERFUL! I have deep forehead wrinkles and these have been prepped with your average retinol for a while, with only minor changes, however this prescription is so much stronger, and the difference from now to last month is just incredible. I would recommend this to everyone who wants to take their skin care seriously. Klira's communication and advise has been amazing, and my experience overall so far has been great! I've also been following Dr Emma on her platform, and on Klira, and this has also been invaluable. I'm needle phobic and hate the idea of botox and fillers, and I just want to age naturally with good skin care. SUPER PRODUCT 10 out of 10!

The best product I’ve tried in over 20 years. Easy routine of cleanser and special formula in the evening. They even give advice around other products such as affordable and dermatologist approved cleansers and moisturisers. They identify your skin type through questions and photos and go from there. Always available for advice and respond rapidly to queries. Excellent from start to finish.

I have recently started using this product, so I cannot comment on its long-term effects yet. However, I must praise their excellent customer service. I feel much safer getting prescribed tretinoin from this service compared to others I have used, because of the detailed questions they ask and the level of care they provide throughout the entire process. I may tend to overuse this service and worry that I am bothering them with too many questions, but they are always kind and informative. I also appreciate the fact that I can use the product every night from the start. As anyone who has struggled with their skin knows, when you're excited about a new treatment, it can be challenging to follow the typical adjustment period of using it twice a week. Therefore, I am grateful that they have formulated it to be gentle enough for daily use right from the beginning. Thank you Klira for helping me take control of my rambunctious skin!

Update: Amazing! It’s only been one month and my skin has nearly fully cleared up, my cheek rosacea is a thing of the past and the only side effect I experienced was a little flakiness around my eyebrows. I begrudgingly removed all other actives from my routine but honestly I don’t even need them anymore! However I did find the moisturiser's they recommended weren’t enough. I use the thick Sunday Riley ice cream and it stops all the flakies.

Klira is a game-changer for my somewhat mature skin. It has simplified my evening routine (Wash face, put Klira on.. Done!).
Four months on, I can start to see the results: my skin is clearer, feels fresher and has a renewed healthy glow.

So excited to start my Klira journey! Just purchased

After having an uncontrollable acne breakout at 36 was when a friend recommended Klira. After stopping my current regime and starting numerous other products to help nothing was getting it under control, my skin was being impossible.
My skin had always been relatively clear so this had a huge impact on my confidence, I couldn’t cover with make up as nothing would sit well ontop of my skin.
I did a lot of research into Klira to determine if I felt I could justify the price but after a lot of consideration I filled in the questionnaire and never looked back.
I started Klira 1 year ago and within 2 months my acne had cleared up and I’ve never looked back. My skin glows and my pores are smaller. The biggest reassurance for me was when I was being complimented on how good my skin looked.
I always struggled with shop bought skincare products with regards to what works, what doesn’t, what’s too harsh or just if I’m doing my regime wrong!

Off to a great start with Klira. I wondered if they really do take the trouble to find out about you and your skin and can honestly say they do. I used another prescription service for a while but there wasn’t much interaction at all. In contrast, the consultation process with Klira felt thorough and professional and I am clear why I’m starting with my current prescription. I like the packaging and the formulation has been easy to apply so far (week 1) with no irritation. I was given good advice on how to avoid that if it did happen. Everything is clearly explained and the expectations seem realistic and achievable. I feel I’m in good hands.

Klira is the first skincare provider that I have come across in 45 years that I trust 100%. They have integrity, real science to identify what my skin needs (and doesn't need), and prescription strength ingredients that have delivered excellent results that I never thought I would see at the age of 65.

It's honestly priced, delivered on time and so easy to use with one 'special' product made for me that gets delivered every 4 weeks without me having to do anything. I save so much time now that I never need to spend time online scrolling endlessly trying to find skincare products, because I'm on a 12 month Klira subscription and I know I am well taken care of.
