Dr Rosh is an expert at what he does. I've been going to Dr Rosh for around 3/4 years now and I am always so incredibly happy with the results! When I was 18 I had filler done elsewhere (before I found Dr Rosh) and it was done very badly. Luckily I then came across Dr Rosh and I would never go elsewhere again!
Thank you Dr Rosh for always making me feel the most confident version of myself.

I went to see dr rosh last august for a consultation - i waited well over half an hour with no update when my appt would be. It was in some tiny little room in the middle of London downstairs, didnt feel like a proper clinic at all.

I then was greeted by a trainee, who had way too much work done herself - but she was fine enough, not the friendliest.

Dr Rosh then came in the room, and i felt like i was annoying him even in his chair - he listed a load of things i needed done in his opinion, which is fine - but then when i asked how much it was going to cost, he kind of smirked at me and didnt answer and shrugged. he made me feel really pathetic for even being concerned about the price that i would have to pay.

I expressed to him that i was really nervous to be getting multiple areas done, and i wanted it really natural. He shrugged me off and left the room with the assistant and didnt even address me. when he came back in, i said can you please do the 1 area you think will make the biggest difference, as i didnt have enough money to be spending thousands.

He did my lips, and when he showed me at the end i freaked out as they had swollen up so much and the top one was huge and overhanging, i thought that i was going to have a duck profile. I said i think theres too much in there - and he got super angry, and told me that i should never have got it done as i was far too anxious. he got really nasty real quick and then told me that he had spoken with the assistant outside the room and said that they shouldnt put any filler in my face as i was not mentally ready for it - why did you do it then? i came in for a consultation to discuss and you have now made me feel really stupid and then instead of putting me at ease made me feel 10x worse.

anyway, after a week the swelling did go down, and i did like the result. But the entire experience was awful, and i would never ever give him my money again.

The team at KLINIK are engaging & professional from the moment you enter. I had on this occasion a full face evaluation on the quality of my skin with Mary. The advice is very formative with no hard sale, it is information for you to take away and decide later.
My main appointment with Dr Rosh and his assistant Amelia, is my third visit. The progress and results are completely on track. We discussed on my first appointment in 2025 what I wanted to achieve. Dr Rosh advised what options I could take and I was more than happy to go ahead. The manner in which Dr Rosh advises on procedures is exceptional. He sees the vision and results you are aiming for and allows you to feel confident within the space. Amelia is also an important part of your visit. Her ability to engage and make you feel calm and relaxed is very much appreciated. The Wilmslow clinic is a great destination you should visit when taking that time out for yourself, you deserve it.

I visited on the 14th for the first time to discuss tear trough with Dr Rosh. I don’t usually write reviews however the service I received from start to finish was fantastic. I am someone who can be critical sometimes, yet I couldn’t find a single fault during my experience. Klnik is one of the most professional clinics I have been to and I even received a skin analysis and advice on how to improve my skin, with no pressure put on me to purchase the recommended products. All of the ladies that work here are very friendly. My appointment was a little later than scheduled however it is clearly stated in emails that there might be a delay due to Dr Rosh demand therefore this wasn’t an issue at all. I arrived a little nervous but after discussing options with Dr Rosh and his knowledge I immediately felt relaxed and confident I was in good hands and I was very happy with my treatment. I have already recommended Klnik to all of my friends in Newcastle and I am looking forward to my next appointment :)

I can’t recommend Dr. Rosh and his staff enough. I will not be going anywhere else for my treatments. I’m always left impressed, looking fresh and like I’ve lost a few years off my face… I also enjoy seeing the same faces all the time, Amelia & Huma have become faces that I look forward to seeing, I love catching up with them, I love knowing my best interests are taken into consideration. Dr Rosh will ask me what I would like but if there’s a possibility it will look fake, he will advise against it and that’s my favourite thing about his work. I know I will not come out of there unhappy or scary looking… my husband who was completely against cosmetic work, drops me off and waits for me and they also make him feel welcome. Even he cannot deny the amazing service and excellent work by Dr Rosh.

I’ve been going to Dr Rosh for years now, and every time I absolutely love my results. Everyone at Klink is so welcoming, and from my very first consultation in 2021, I knew immediately that I was in safe hands. Dr Rosh’s expertise, care, and precision instantly puts you at ease, and I always appreciate how honest and thorough he is throughout the entire process. The results are always subtle and natural but have made a huge difference. For my latest appointment, I flew from Ireland to Manchester for a few hours just to see him as I genuinely wouldn’t trust anyone else with my face again!

I've been attending Klnik with Dr Rosh and his team since May 2025. I was completely new to aesthetic treatments so I was a little bit nervous but Dr Rosh and his team were so patient and went at my pace. I've since been attending for treatments regularly and intend to continue doing so. There is no other doctor I'd trust with my face and the work that Dr Rosh is doing is immpeccable. I'm so happy with the results! The whole team at Klnik are so lovely (in particular the lovely Amelia and Huma who is always so welcoming). Both clinics at Manchester and Wilmlsow are modern, clean, and comfortable (although my personal preference is the lovely rural location of the Wilmslow clinic!). If you're hesitating about starting treatments (or perhaps thinking of trying somewhere new), I couldn't recommend Klnik more highly. Dr Rosh's vision for the face and for knowing exactly how things will develop is honestly outstanding. The results just keeping getting better over time. Thank you Dr Rosh and the team at Klnik!
