Selling faulty products
Since they don’t allow you to rate their products directly on their website, here it goes: the luxury Ted Baker case that I ordered 6 months ago broke and became unusable. While this can be considered a problem of the manufacturer, it is super misleading that this company keeps selling faulty products and don’t show real product reviews to their customers. Never again..

I am sorry your case had a crack 6 months after purchase. Unfortunately, a cracked case after such a long period of use is not covered under warranty by any brand. If a case cracks after half a year, that has little to do with product quality, and all the more with the use of the product.
We explained this when you contacted us through WhatsApp, but unfortunately never got a reply back from you....
