I thought the buying process and delivery was very good. However I am disappointed with the product.
I bought the facial oil. Originally I had the small bottle, but was so impressed that I bought the larger bottle.
However, the colour of oil from the new bottle is almost translucent, whereas the oil in the last one had a tint of green.
Makes the product feel like it is not as good quality.
I won’t be buying it again.

I don’t normally review things but the CBD oil is really good. Game changer for anxiety.

Prompt reliable service. Cbd 500 mg drops very good. This time the balm seems very granular and not as smooth as before. That is why I haven’t given 5 stars.

Love the products. Bought the bath bombs and placed a second order shortly thereafter. They smell great and make your skin feel wonderful. I used to add extra magnesium flakes to my baths but given that these have a decent amount of magnesium I don't need to add anything else to my bath. 5 Stars.

I love the bath blocks. Totally delicious, indulgent and leave my skin feeling super soft and my mind feeling super relaxed. The magnesium one (Restore) also great for achey post exercise muscles.

I am so impressed with Kloris. Due to an error (either my own or a system error), my order was misaddressed and has been unable to reach me as of yet, and is stuck with Royal Mail somewhere. I contacted Kloris to ask if they could contact Royal Mail from their end. Whilst they could not, Pedram has instead offered to resend my order to the correct delivery address, at no additional cost to me as they appreciate the necessity of receiving orders prior to Christmas and understand the stress involved to customers and the pressure that delivery services are currently under. This is really going the extra mile for customers, and after several poor customer service experiences with other companies recently, I am especially impressed. I am even more excited to receive/gift these items now that I know what a fantastic business Kloris is. Thank you so much!
