High end products at a discounted price especially for Danmark!
I think they offer quality goods at an extremely discounted rate which is fantastic. Yes after a month there is a membership fee but they are quite clear about this. If you buy alot of high end items the price could be worth it. Just be aware that after a month it will be a monthly charge and if you are not cool with that just cancel before the end of the first month.

Purchased a hydration for the lips and when I went through the check
out process it was not clear for me that I was subscribing to a membership of the Klubklub, I think it is placed in a very tricky(not to say sneaky) way in which you do not charge for the membership the first month, and then people don't see that they are actually paying the product price plus 89kr more. So I bought a product that costed 30kr and ended up paying 89kr plus the original price of the product 30kr . The women from the customer service was very polite but refused to refund the membership justifying that it is legal for them to make this kind of practice. I felt that they are doing an unethical practice and that they are not willing to solve customer problem based in individual inquires. I mean how redidiculous is it to buy a item for 30kr and then pay a membership of 89kr? I was for holiday in Denmark and don't even live in the country. I did not expect this type of practice from a Scandinavian company

And I will update the review here if the company steps up and decides to do what is right.

I am sorry you had a bad experience with Klubklub and our membership terms and conditions.
However, we do offer the first month of membership free of charge. This time period invites you to decide, after your first purchase, if you wish to continue your membership with Klubklub or unsubscribe in case the membership does not live up to your expectations.
I understand your frustration regarding purchasing a product for 30 DKK and paying for the membership afterwards. However, as I told you on the phone, we are not able to call every single customer to confirm if they are truly satisfied with their membership. We have to trust that customers whom choses to be member of Klubklub will do so because they wish to be able to purchase cheap products and experience free shipping as a consequence of signing up for a membership. Therefore we require that, upcoming members must accept these terms when completing their first purchase, as you did.
I am sorry you think this practice is unethical, but our concept is growing and is currently quite common here in Denmark.
