Helpful for non-technical founder
As a non-technical founder, hiring engineers is genuinely hard because you can't evaluate the work yourself, so you're relying on whoever the recruiter sends you and hoping for the best. I've made incredibly bad and expensive hires that way that cost me a lot of money.
What sold me on Klysera was the fact that I got to speak to the founder (TG) who is an actual engineer on the first call, and after we went through the motions of asking about what we were building, where we were in the product, what kind of decisions the hire would need to own, I was pretty much convinced that I was getting a solid talent.
In less than 2 weeks, they’d placed an AI-native product engineer with us. He's been exactly what they said she would be, and more. Plus, the billing model meant I didn't have to pay a fee unless she actually delivered the results I wanted.
I cannot recommend them enough tbh. And at the price point I got my engineer, it’s frankly a steal. It’s been 6 months with my current engineer, and I intend to expand the whole team of designers and data architects with Klysera. Good stuff, guys!
