DELIVERY TOOK 52 DAYS!! The package itself is okay, but like, c'mon, Klyvera! Work on the delivery times a bit!!! I'm not the first person here complaining.

I'm on the fence... Got myself an Icelandic wool sweater, it's great, but the delivery took over a month... They apologized eventually, but still.. I can't give 5 stars.

I like the orthopedic boots! my back hurts less since I started wearing them. One small issue - they are wearing out quite fast

Klyvera is a SCAM OPERATION. I RECEIVED A CALL FROM MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY ASKING ABOUT FRAUDULENT CHARGES. I HAD TO CANCEL THE CARD PER THE FINANCIAL INSTITUTION'S ADVICE.

Immediately got a charge for $9.99 after placing an order for a product. Not clear what it's for and it came from a Jomhome.co (different merchant name). Definitely trying to charge extra fees that are not disclosed to the user. How has this company not gotten shut down yet?

While I got what I ordered I also got an extra charge several weeks after my original purchase. Don't buy from this scam company.

I was going to purchase a jacket and they tried to charge my credit card $10.99 more. My credit card declined it thank God as they knew this company was fraud.I will have to keep an eye on my card now to make sure no more charges are submitted!!! Stay away from their site!!

My order came, and it’s fine. A few things were decent; a few felt cheap. I guess it’s okay if you don’t expect magic. I wouldn't recommend buying toys from here

all fine... The store is on the pricier end though. for example the mole repellent sticks can be found for less.

My bank would not even process my transaction. Then I got another unauthorized charge hours later on the same card and my bank cancelled my credit card! I always check reviews but didn’t this time!!

Klyvera might lag behind a bit against the competition. I found the LED galaxy orb much cheaper after purchasing from here

After receiving my order in a timely fashion, another charge was attempted on my gf's card. She called and told the lady so, and the lady was rude. Then two nights ago there was another attempt on the same card , same place . Leading to her replacing the card . I highly recommend that yo DON'T use this company.

My wife ordered a jigsaw table from this site. Klyvera seems to have ordered the table from another company, Kelvoshop.com, and Kelvoshop.com charged the credit card, and then started making fraudulent charges.
I wouldn't trust Klyvera, as it appears to just send your charges to other companies, which, in our case, were fraudulent.

I placed my shoe order on 3/21/26. It finally arrived on 4/06/26. To long for delivery. Tracking info was very bad. The shoes were not in boxes. They were placed in a shipping bag. They were bent, dented, and basically misshapen. I will never order form Klyvera again.

This is the worst company to order anything from. Not only did they ship me the wrong color product. Their customer service representative was very rude. I asked him for his name. He raised his voice and refused to acknowledge my questions about the return policy. Also they will charge you for returning the product a 25% additional fee to ship it back plus a tracking number upon additional fees which may apply, or you only get a 50% refund even though they messed up your order. Not too mention they take forever to respond to emails. They give the run around when asking your concerns. They are scammers. Save yourself the headache and don't order anything from these people.

Terrible product. My dog destroyed it in less than 2 hours! They added shipping and warranty charges I didn’t ask for. Took weeks to arrive. Flagged by my credit card as FRAUDULENT. STAY AWAY!

Item was sent but I paid an extra $9.99 cost. Called and spoke to a poor excuse of a person about the overcharge. He said in an angry voice it was taken of and hung up on me. The charge was never removed. I canceled my bank card the night that I ordered because I felt like this wasn’t a legitimate company. I found out from the bank that someone tried to use my card at other outlets. Fortunately I had closed the card.

So yeah… my order showed up. Some things were alright, some things were just okay, they weren’t as good as the pictures made them look.

So… my order arrived. Some things were kinda neat, some things were just… sitting there like “hi, i exist”. Packaging was okay, delivery was slow-ish . Honestly Im neither mad nor jumping with joy ,just… breathing lol
