I placed an order 15 days ago and my order hasn't even shipped. When I complained to customer service they did absolutely nothing to help. Would not recommend ordering from this site unless your willing to wait a month or more for your product. VERY long wait time!!!! DO NOT WAIST YOUR TIME OR MONEY.

I found a few items on the site with…

I found a few items on the site with prices I now categorize as "too good to be true". PayPal send me a tracking number from USPS days later, only to find it delivered the day before. Never saw the products. I tried numerous times to communicate with the seller & the website & got no response. I contacted USPS, & was told the tracking number was to a completely different address & the items I ordered DID NOT match the tracking number. 🚩!!! Contacted PayPal with this issue & it was going to go in review. The seller escalated their case. I should've done the same, but I didn't because PayPal suggested I wait a little longer.
PayPal informs me that my case was denied & closing my case.
Lesson learned. Go with your gut if something appears to be unusual or off. Do prior research with a website you NEVER heard of before. $69.00 hit is not bad considering what I ordered is at least double or more elsewhere, but during this COVID-19 era we live in, can't afford to take any risk. I will still pursue justice, but be advised...

Impossible to Use. Literally

Honestly I was so excited when I found out about this website but now there's no point. I haven't been able to pay, there are only 2 pay options, Alipay (only works if you live in Mainland China) and credit card (I don't have one and it won't accept my debit card). I contacted them and they said that it should work but I tried again and it didn't. Apparently you can also pay through PayPal but I haven't found any options to use PayPal. I've emailed and DM'd them on Instagram, and they haven't replied. Basically if you don't live in Mainland China or have a credit card, you can't use it.

Never order from them again I ordered…

Never order from them again I ordered an Astro concert dvd of €47,94 on November 7th 2019 it is March 27th 2020 now and I stil got nothing I keep on mailing them and try to communicate true Instagram too At first they were extreemly nice they got the package send back 3 times because they kept on forgetting to put my adres on the box after I said I wanted my money back starting from mid February they stopped awnsering me My money is pretty much gone is what I should say I am totally done with this company

Never going there again and I recommend you to also don’t do it aspacially if you are from Europe Asia is oké I guese but they have know clue of the Dutch shipping way

Extreemly dissapointed in them

Do you know about Kmall24?

Since I'm interested in Korean culture, I bought many Korean products through overseas shipping mall. However, delivery fee was so expensive that I can't buy a single item.
About two years ago I found Kmall24 through the internet.
Kmall24 provides 100% Korean products, very reliable and there are a lot of free shipping promotions, so the shipping cost is cheaper than other shopping malls.
I Highly recommend Kmall24 to people like me!

It was the best website to shop Korean products.

I needed to buy some Korean products for my friends birthday. It is always hard to shop abroad because of the shipping fees and the international shipment safety.
One of my colleague recommended Kmall24 that they have many promotions running and sometime they offer free shipping. I was not going to order a lot so I didn't think that it would be applied to me, but when I went to their website, there was products I was looking for and I could get free shipping if I order only 24 US dollars. I was luck I guess to grab the chance like that. But for me it was very convenient anyways. It was strange that they could provide free international shipping so I contacted to the store to see if they're legit. They promptly replied to me and it turned out that the store is actually run by non-profit organization that supports Korean small to medium-sized enterprises to export abroad. It is very nice that my purchase help the small business to grow! I liked the idea very much and I wish there was same one in the US.
Anyways, my parcel arrived after a week or so and it was packed in bubble wrap to prevent from damages. I actually got some reward points when I joined the site and used it when I checked out so it was even cheaper at the end.
I definitely recommend this website especially for K-pop lovers because they have so many K-pop merchandise.
If you could be awake until Korean business hours, they provide English customer service calls as well. It was the best website to shop Korean products for sure.

As I heard that the price is cheap, I bought it by introduction.
As my friend said, I could buy good products at a low price at Kmall24.
I bought the product, but I bought it from abroad, and I chose the delivery method and I wanted it to be on the date I wanted
It was good to get it in due course.

I feel like Kmall24 is constantly improving

I ordered six times in Kmall24. The first order was shipped after three days, and I received my parcel after 12 days via K-Packet.
At the time I wanted to get my items faster by EMS, but I was dissatisfied with not being able to choose the delivery method.

The second order did not ship for two weeks after the order was placed. I contacted the customer center but there was no reply.
So I sent a DM to the Kmall24 Instagram official account, and they responded three hours later. In the process of replacing the Kmall24 logistics system, some orders were missed, resulting in delayed delivery and CS response. In about a month, I received my items.

After placing my third order, I left a DM to the Kmall24 Instagram official account that I can get my order quickly this time.
I immediately received a reply from Kmall24 that it would be shipped tomorrow, and in fact the shipment started the next day. This time, I received my items after a week.

About two months later, when I placed my fourth order, Kmall24 added the ability to choose a shipping method by customers. I chose DHL and received my items after four days.
Since then, I have placed two more orders, and both have been able to receive the items within a week.

Although there was a delay in delivery a year ago, I feel like Kmall24 is constantly improving, and there are so many special promotions. So I now trust and feel satisfied with Kmall24!

Customer service sucks

Customer service sucks. They even provided wrong tracking number to fool you. And you have to wait for centuries for their incomplete reply, and to make sure things won't go wrong again you spent time to reply them in detail in hoping of getting their more concrete reply -- No, never, their first reply already exhausted their human resource. I have to escalate to paypal to get my money back. They simply don't care their customer. Stay away to save you precious time.

Cancelled order 4 times - they sent it out anyway

I ordered a few cosmetic products and a light stick on kmall24. The first obstacle I encountered was that they list credit card as a payment option but when I tried to select that field I was automatically redirected to PayPal. Tried a few times - always ended up on PayPal.
After I paid with my PayPal account, I got a mail where they told me one of my ordered products is out of stock and they would refund the money - which they did quite fast (so far, so good).
After one and a half week my status still said "Processing" which is why I contacted them to ask if something was wrong. They told me they were waiting for some of the products because they had "stock problems" and it would take another 1-2 business days for it to arrive. I asked them if it was possible to cancel my order because it was taking too long - that was a Wednesday. On Thursday, I asked them again to please cancel my order. No answer. The next week on Monday, I asked them again to please cancel my order. No answer. Then on Friday that week (15 business days after I placed my order) they told me that all my products had arrived and asked if I really wanted to cancel my order. So I answered the same day that yes, they should please cancel my order. The thing is, the Monday after they sent it out anyway. They didn't tell me, there was no confirmation - nothing.
Then my items arrived with bumps and scratch marks all over them. They were definitely not handled properly.
I am really dissapointed in their customer service and the way they treated me and my request. If anyone orders off there, I just hope you'll never have to get in touch with customer service. Never had such a bad experience and I order a lot online and on Korean sites. I definitely can't recommend them!

Highly recommended! I've bought from them many times and every time the box is filled with samples, gifts and genuine products. They have great customer service with prompt replies every time, and best of all they have free shipping and free gift event every month!

Poor communication, won't shop there again

I wanted to shop for some Korean masks and accidentally found out this website had sale; 1 box of mask for 5$ sounded great, so I bought 3 boxes. Anyway the shipping was around 20$ depending on the item's weight (EMS is the only option). Shipping price is reasonable and my stuff arrived after 5 days. I was really satisfied at first, I intended to give them 5 stars. However, they forgot to add one mark mask box for my order.

This is where the horror began - I'm very patient when it comes to misorder because stuff like that has happened to me a lot of times. The problem was that the customer service SUCKS.

So here's how it started: I contacted them about item missing and said I could provide them photos (I always take photos of my pack when it's still untouched, because I've experienced issues before). They replied to me after a day that they were going to ask DHL for scans, and would reach me back when the result came. I waited patiently for a week, and had to contact them before they forgot about me. They replied 2 days later and apologized. Deja vu again, they forgot about me while I was patiently waiting this time for 2 weeks!

Never in my life have I been frustrated by customer service because I understand there's a lot to do - But they told me to reach me within a few days, yet I had to always contact them back in order for them to remember my case. What made me more upset is that after 5-6th message I sent them, they replied me after 2 days and suddenly told me they refunded me. I'm very unsatisfied because they neither notified me about the update of the scanned photos nor told me they refunded me. Quite irresponsible, I must say.

Though customer service is atrocious, the positive is that their items are authentic and ships fast (well EMS is their only choice anyway). But expect them to forget your item and you, as a customer if you ever try to reach them.
