I feel like Kmall24 is constantly improving
I ordered six times in Kmall24. The first order was shipped after three days, and I received my parcel after 12 days via K-Packet.
At the time I wanted to get my items faster by EMS, but I was dissatisfied with not being able to choose the delivery method.
The second order did not ship for two weeks after the order was placed. I contacted the customer center but there was no reply.
So I sent a DM to the Kmall24 Instagram official account, and they responded three hours later. In the process of replacing the Kmall24 logistics system, some orders were missed, resulting in delayed delivery and CS response. In about a month, I received my items.
After placing my third order, I left a DM to the Kmall24 Instagram official account that I can get my order quickly this time.
I immediately received a reply from Kmall24 that it would be shipped tomorrow, and in fact the shipment started the next day. This time, I received my items after a week.
About two months later, when I placed my fourth order, Kmall24 added the ability to choose a shipping method by customers. I chose DHL and received my items after four days.
Since then, I have placed two more orders, and both have been able to receive the items within a week.
Although there was a delay in delivery a year ago, I feel like Kmall24 is constantly improving, and there are so many special promotions. So I now trust and feel satisfied with Kmall24!
