DON’T ORDER FROM THIS STORE!!!!
I ordered a hockey jersey Dec 12, 2025 and have never received it. I finally started a dispute through PayPal. Tran Minh Thong contacted me and said if I cancelled the dispute he would send out a new order. I never received that jersey either. Now they aren’t even answering my emails. Buyer Beware

The two Jerseys i ordered took a month and a half to arrive. I did not know it was coming from China. One of the Jerseys is for a lady and the opening for the head is way too small. A child has a hard time putting it on. They told me they used the size I provided. I don't choose the head or neck size. Needless to say I don't know if the jersey will fit because she can't get it on past the head. I will be contacting my bank and disputing for a refund. Never again.

I’d give a minus rating if I could. I didn’t realize the order was coming from China. The football shirt took forever to arrive. I ordered a men’s large as there were no women’s options. I have other men’s large fun jerseys which aren’t huge on me but I swim in this shirt. I didn’t see any info on the order site which said returns were not accepted. I advised I wanted to return the shirt for a refund of my money and asked for return instructions. The message I got was since they’d sent the size I ordered they wouldn’t accept my return or refund my money. My only option was to order a smaller size and they’d offer a discount. I don’t want to deal with this disreputable company more! I’ve never had a problem with other companies if I needed to make a return of a product in original condition. KMCC is a company I’ll never order from again as their customer service sucks and there’s no wording on their site advising they don’t accept returns. They are not a reputable company! Beware of ordering from them!

My experience was awful. I purchased Jordans for my son. Not knowing the company was based outside of the US. I could barely track the sneakers. I finally received the sneakers after 30 days. They didn't fit my son. I asked for either a size exchange or a refund. I find out that store policy is supposedly that that's not a reason for a refund. If the product is wrong, how do you deny a customer a refund. If you don't want to return the money then have the decency to exchange it. To make matters worse, I'm pretty certain that these are not authentic Jordan's that I paid 1
$160 for. My son are out of a pair of much needed sneakers and a single mother has lost money that's not easily gained. I'm livid. I will keep complaining until they make things right
