I highly recommend The Kitchen Makeover Group. Starting from the first site visit all the way to completion, has been great communication and service. All the workers have been a pleasure to meet and they can never do enough. I had afew quotes, but this company came out the best in price and overall friendliness,not being pushy with the sale. Thank you to everyone involved and we're very happy with our new kitchen 😀
Would Not RecommendMy experience as a self-employed sales agent with Kitchen Makeover Group was extremely disappointing. In my experience, commissions on orders that were still progressing through the pipeline after I left were not paid, despite the work having already been completed to secure those sales.I also felt that management made promises regarding expenses and appointments that were not honoured. The working environment was, in my opinion, unsupportive, and I often felt pressured rather than valued.Anyone considering working for this company should ensure they fully understand the commission terms, payment arrangements, and contractual obligations before committing. Based on my experience, I would not recommend Kitchen Makeover Group as an employer.

Kitchen Makeover Group has clear terms in place for self-employed sales agents, including how commissions are processed. Final commissions are reviewed and paid in line with our agreed process, which includes the successful progression and installation of orders, as well as the return of company property.
In relation to the order referenced, the customer raised concerns about the service received and our internal team had to step in to support the customer and restructure the sale.
We also make it clear from the outset that lead volumes can fluctuate and that we cannot guarantee a fixed number of appointments. We do, however, aim to support our sales agents wherever possible, including with a competitive mileage allowance.
We are disappointed to read this review, particularly as we always aim to part ways professionally and fairly. We remain committed to protecting our customers, our team and the standards of our business.
