Poor customer service

I bought something online from this company 3 days ago I didn't get an email acknowledging this which I thought was odd so I have sent 2 emails, no reply tried the phone number it doesn't exist so it seems the only way to get their attention is to write a bad review so I guess I'm not getting my item and lost my money terrible way to run a business. I think I need to contact trading standards

Very pleased customer

I have bought quite a few items from this company now and have to say I have been impressed, I had a deadline for an event for touch table lamps and they all was delivered on time and I was updated by customer service team. Don’t let some of the negative comments put you off.

Great experience despite initial hesitation to make a purchase

I was interested in purchasing bone china tea cups as a birthday present when I found this company. I read all the reviews here and in all honesty, I was slightly put off as a fair number of the most recent ones were not good to say the least. I found a product that I really liked though that I couldn't find anywhere else, so I was determined to make a purchase taking reasonable precautions (e.g. I recorded my screen when making a purchase to ensure I have proof of purchase if I didn't get confirmation email like others on here).

I have to say, that my own personal experience resulted in NO ISSUES. I've had an email confirmation straight away after making the purchase, and several further emails when the item was being dispatched and out for delivery. It arrived in the specified time frame, the box was well secured to ensure there was no in transit damage to the items I purchased. I am very happy with the products and I would certainly buy from this company again. My review of course does not attempt to discredit the negative experiences others have had, but as someone who looks at reviews before making a purchase, I thought it was only fair to share my experience.

Scam company that choose to ignore 7…

Scam company that choose to ignore 7 emails chasing for my order since 9 Dec,
Deliveries say 2-3 days.
Do not use this company! I will be reporting them to protect other buyers.
Order no 33923 if they can be bothered to read this second review. I will continue to write more reviews to updates customers of the outcome.

In reply to your response, how unprofessional and gas lighlighting, and personel you wish to respond in this manner, as this is clearly the only way you wish to respond, your reply indicated that you replied, yes I did get the email after I posted this review as I can't get to talk to anyone as your phone no doesn't work and still your email earlier from your office does not confirm the date of arrival or explain why your phone mo doesn't work, I'm clearly protecting other buyers here as well as trying to get answers

It is particularly interesting how all of your online reviews are negative. It is also interesting posting another 1 star review 20 minutes after the Customer service supervisor replied to your 18th email. If we had a Karen of the month, you would be the Karen of the whole year.
If you could read your emails and/or the policies posted on the website, as much as you talk rubbish, you would probably live a far less stressed life, without the need of accusing people and/or companies.

Do not under any circumstances use this company. I have had the same experience as the other reviews where you place an order, no confirmation sent, no response to emails and no product delivered.
This company should be struck off companies house.

The Kneadthis debacle

The saga continues …. despite the fact that this company did respond to my earlier Trustpilot post, the only positive to come from that was that at least I now have an order number.
This has enabled me to check the delivery tracking with Royal Mail who confirmed that my order was allegedly dispatched to them on August 6 2024.
Surprise surprise that’s where it ends and Royal Mail are yet to receive my order as of today SIX DAYS LATER.
I really don’t “KneedThis”!

Did not accept the refund request of…

Did not accept the refund request of hydrogen water bottle,their explanation was this is to the hygiene reasons. Water from this bottle smell like chlorine and ozone in one.

Regrettably, the customer utilised tap water in their hydrogen bottle, despite clear instructions advising against it. Consequently, the bottle emitted odours reminiscent of chemicals found in tap water, such as chlorine, during the electrolysis process.

Due to hygiene concerns, once hydrogen bottles have been used, they cannot be resold. Hence, a refund cannot be issued in this instance. This adherence to industry-wide standards aligns with consumer regulations, safeguarding against compromised hygiene-related items.

We apologise for any inconvenience caused; however, customers acknowledge and accept these terms during the checkout process. If the bottle had remained unused, a full refund could have been facilitated.

Bought an item for a 90th Birthday…

Bought an item for a 90th Birthday which did not arrive on time. I ordered on 21st February thinking I'd get this before the 2nd March. Item didn't arrive until 4th March. Very upset.

Responding to your reply; this is the only review I have left with trustpilot and not familiar with how it works. However my order number is Order #31416 and you did reply to me, and I believe you knew you posted it late. Thanks.
I'm just replying to your edited comment; there are no issues to be resolved and nothing could be done... As I stated in my last email to you, the item was bought in plenty of time to be received, yet I did not receive this on time for a special birthday. I am just stating the facts as to what happened to my order. I'm entitled to leave a negative review. Your delay led me to buying another gift elsewhere, spent twice as much as I had to due to your company posting the item late, either that or you never had the item in stock, or it was being shipped from elsewhere. If I hadn't already advised the person I had bought another gift, I would have returned the item due to the shipping delay. The box my gift came in was horrible. I expected better.

Great customer service

I bought a big load of magnetic spice jars in November as a Christmas present, and when we got round to filling them and putting them on the fridge on 1 Jan we found that four of them wouldn't open. They were otherwise nice quality and when I emailed I got a nearly instant reply sorting it out. Really good customer service, would definitely recommend you support this business over Amazon or whatever.
