I keep getting email after email of…

I keep getting email after email of irrelevant jobs. I never signed up or asked for them? Further more I haven't even searched for a job.
Offering me CDP jobs for 31k for 50 hour week working out about 3k over minimum wage,with 25 years high level experience. 4 years at michellin level and the rest at 2 or 3 rosette level.
In my opinion no care to even bother reading my C.V !
Emails from Jack Pretty and not bothered to contact me prior to email or ring to ascertain any requirements.
Very annoyed that's why I am here.
Please do some research or atleast communicate first.

Thank you for contacting me and making good.Swiftly dealt with and helpfully explained about the automated system sending me the emails.
I will have no hesitation to contact you for future applications.

The best agency
