My order was not delivered by Evri which is the courier this company used: contacted the customer service email and no help to get a refund or the matter resolved.

*update as the merchant has responded. Evri took a photo of the parcel outside the building I live in. Not inside near my flat door, or a chosen safe place. Outside the building which is not secure as it’s on a main road. So I can’t see how exactly this is proof of delivery.

Furthermore, I have contacted the email you have quoted in your response, it’s from a different email address than the delivery was placed however it has all the information you need to attend to this matter, so there is no excuse as to why you haven’t replied. There is no misunderstanding. Just poor customer service.

Recently purchased a variety of coffee for myself and as a present for coffee enthusiast friend. We were both VERY impressed with the quality of the products. Also tried buckwheat tea (vanilla and coco nibs) is now the only tea I drink!! My absolute favourite ❤️

I liked the coffee and delivery was fine but powder was rock hard and unusable after a day

I haven't tried the coffee yet although do hope it's worth is as the excessively large packaging for the tiny packet of coffee (maybe 10tsp max in it) certainly wasn't worth the price I paid. Let's just say no matter how good it is, I won't be repurchasing. Wasteful packaging, misleading quantity and a rip off - that was my first (and lasting) impression.
