They gave the delivery company an incomplete adress, missing my door number, just a minor inconvenience that a phone call with the delivery person fixed... otherwise everything was smooth.

Small company, big on stock and service
I had looked for a while for a small, reliable knife I could wear round my neck, and that wasn't going to require customs charges!
Found this company and the whole process from viewing, ordering, follow up information and tracking was flawless.

I found the knife with most comfortable price in web, easy way to register and super fast delivery UPS. Exactly what I wanted and expected for. Package was clean and solid with extra bubble protection and branded box. Just nice add to factory box, like this details and attention for customers.
