I had severe issues with internet speed, old computer an a computer illiterate brain!
Sean and his team went above and beyond the call of duty to assist me .
He spent just over 2 hours on 2 occasions to get me online to take the test
I couldn’t fault him at all and really appreciated all his patience and time
