I can not praise Knight Richardson for how professional their employees are. We were assigned James Fawthrop to help with the sale of our house and it all went really smoothly.

We hardly had any questions to answer from our Buyers because James was able to answer most of them without any feedback from us. If we ever didn’t understand anything, he took the time to explain everything to us.

We bought our first home through the help of Hasan at Knight Richardson and he made the whole process seem so easy. We were updated with every step and made at ease when we had any enquiries or concerns. He worked so efficiently to the point where we questioned if he ever had a day off! Haha. Would recommend and would use them again in future if ever needed.

Their communication has been outstanding, and they are always quick to respond to any questions or requests.

Their emails are clear, professional, and informative, ensuring that I am kept up to date at all times. Both Aimee and Kristian are approachable, helpful, and always willing to go the extra mile to assist. My experience with this firm was extremely poor. Our buyer instructed them, and what should have been a straightforward, chain‑free sale ended up taking around six months. In my view, many of the delays came from the way this firm handled the process.
On the day we were finally meant to exchange, they asked us to pay £150 for indemnity insurance which, based on the information we had, did not appear to be necessary. We declined. They also requested that we cover part of the lease period that would apply after the buyer owned the property, which we did not agree to.
As a result of the delays and additional requests, the process ended up costing us a significant amount of money in knock‑on expenses.
This was, in my opinion, the worst experience I’ve had with a solicitor in 25 years of buying and selling property. Based on my experience, I personally would not choose to proceed with a sale if this firm were acting for the other side again.

As first time buyers we were quite nervous about the process but felt like our solicitor really helped us. He answered phone calls and emails answering all my questions and explains what needed to be done clearly and kept us updated through the whole process.
I would definitely use them again and recommend them to others.

I worked with Afra Khan on my house purchase and she was an absolute delight from start to finish! She gave me a really reassuring human touch to the process and was always at the end to the phone if I needed to ask questions! Would definitely use her again!

Firstly, the whole team at knight Richardson have been great, efficient and incredibly honest and clear about the progress. I want to give extra credit to Hasan, who was the main case handler for us all the way through, and I can’t praise him enough, always over delivering and never over promising and I never had to chase him once. I feel as though Hasan genuinely cared about us as people and customers and I have no doubt that the rest of the employees are the same, even down to the owners of the business who were also pleasure to deal with, given the complexity of our case and the difficulty of the sellers, I can’t recommend them enough.

I honestly can’t recommend Isaac and Nimaat highly enough. As a first-time buyer, the whole process can feel quite overwhelming, but they made everything so much easier from start to finish.
