Fantastic service, I ordered a shirt onlinr from them at the request of my son who when he then returned home from school made me realise I had ordered the wrong one. Quick phone call the nect day and the order was corrected and I then had a very happy lad when it arrived.

Very good service. I ordered 2 polo shirts but through an admin error only one was made. Even before it was dispatched I received an email offering an apology for the error and saying I would also receive a training shirt as an apology and the second shirt would be made and dispatched as soon as possible.
Very polite and honest customer care.
It takes a while from ordering and receiving the polo shirts, but always worth the wait as they are made to order and the quality is very good.

I purchased a Royal Marines Christmas T shirt.
The quality wasn't the best if honest and the material plucked easily on first wear.
I did contact Knight and they said they would Send out a Polo shirt to compensate, however this was 4 months ago.

I know it's for charity which is the reason for my purchase, but at £30 with only a small percentage going to the Royal Marines I expected better quality!

I purchased these cycling jerseys actually for some runDisney events that I was participating in. And they got great reactions from people when they realized I was actually wearing a cycling jersey... ended up pointing several of them to the site. Sizing was perfect... not too tight in the arms. And perfect for Florida heat & humidity.

I now have two jerseys from Knights. Both are extremely high quality and wear well. Definitely worth waiting to get them over the pond from The UK!

Took a long time to arrive, about 31 days. First time I wore it wearing a backpack it rubbed most of the red colour off (Army rugby shirt) where the pack and strap were, and left lots of white pulled bits of material. I need the shirt for AVN in 3 weeks time.

Item fits lovely and very comfortable tho after a few washes even after following intructions and washing inside out and not tumble drying but air drying the material started to borble but other wise a nice top.

Considering the borble problem maybe price could be a little less if i was to ever buy from here again i dont think i would order a top made with this material again tho.

I have ordered 2 different tops A blue rugby top which is absolutely fantastic and the second recently a white polo top which is very baggy around the neck area completely wrong size was sent out and it will cost me more to return it then but it would to keep it most disappointed with that

I returned by high vis jacket as it was too big, using the documents supplied and you refused to acknowledge that I returned it, I would have had the next size down but it never happened due to your stance. I fail to see how a package with all your (and mine) contact information can not fail to reach you, or be returned to me. No empathy when I tried to sort with you at the time. So I will not deal with you again.

Takes a while to come after initially ordering as they are made to order, but good quality and worth the wait on the whole.

Got my rugby shirt and fantastic quality and we'll worth the price and no complaints about delivery time.
All I can say will buy from them again

Excellent product and very helpful customer service. It's a long wait from click to wear (pretty much the whole 28 days) but it's very much worth it when it arrives. Purchased 2 cycling jerseys from them so far and will be going back for more.
