I ordered white wool
I ordered white wool, I got cream or off white, could not find a way to call. Tried to send e-mail but would not send. Wool itself was of good quality.
I’ve now amended my feedback as the firm has been in touch and was very helpful, in a short space of time. I don’t know why I could not get through via email but I have been assured that the site is working. Thank you 👍🏼

The colour of the yarn you ordered is called "off white" as the fibre is not bleached to provide a better shape and texture quality, which you have noticed it is of very good quality, the only downside is that it is not brilliant white but natural white, hopefully the exceptional quality in touch and durability will make up for it!
We are aware that you have decided to keep the yarn, but we do offer 60 days no quibble return, so please come back to us anytime if you are not completely happy.
