I do not understand why you do not deliver to my address the shop you sent the packet to was closed Saturday and Sunday every week.Apart from that everything was 100 percent.Thank you.

I had problems with the delivery of what I bought. They mixed up my postal address twice. After several emails and failed telephone calls, they sent my purchase. I had to pick it up to a delivery point near where I live. The products are ok. The prices are competitive.

I am between 3 and 4 stars. Their first response time and service was great. However comunication was cut after I had sent back the item for warranty with no notifications of it arriving and no replies to any messages for almost a month. Somehow I managed to catch their attention through their Instagram (thank you to whoever you are cause you brought attention back to this and fixed it). Apparently they could not find it after moving and it took a long time. Resolution was great since I got a replacement in perfect condition and that is indeed 5 star service. The issue for me was the long time without any communication, reception verification and just any information in general, since it was not reflected in my customer area either on their site to follow through.

Edited - My problem was resolved in the end and they were very helpful. Sometimes mistakes are made and they did their best to sort it out.

Terrible. Terrible terrible terrible.
I bought from them because they had a lovely website and other reviews were good.
I went with them instead of Amazon.
My parcel didn’t arrive, DHL said they had delivered it. K&T said someone with a name I don’t recognise signed for it. They said they would look into it and I haven’t heard from them since, despite sending numerous emails. I’ve had to try and reclaim the charge on my credit card via my bank, which could take months.
