Grosvenor tote is seriously the most practical and usable bag I've ever owned! I bought it thinking it'd be great for short travel, but it's turned out to be so much more - it's now my go-to work bag for office days too.
The whole experience was smooth - shipping was quick. For a purchase that's a bit on the pricier side, return policy was super reassuring to know I could really put the bag through its paces to make sure it was right for me.

Great product - Love this brand
I'm loving the style and colors, they really put some thought into every little detail.
I have the Beaufort backpack, and it's been perfect for my daily commute and short trips. Haven't used it a ton yet, but I'm hoping it holds up for the long time.

Outstanding customer service
I'm thrilled with KNOMO's customer service! My bag tore during my trip to Asia, and I was dreading the potential headache of getting it replaced but I was wrong- The whole process was a breeze - super smooth and quick. Molly at Knomo stepped up and replaced my bag with hardly any back-and-forth.
This is what stellar customer service looks like - responsive, super helpful, and completely hassle-free. I can't recommend Knomo enough. Their service is truly top-notch!
