This is a small business
This is a small business, and yet the service and quality of the products I received were brilliant. I bought one name plate for my daughter and then the next day bought one for my nephew. She realised this and refunded me the postage for one of the products and posted them together, despite me telling her to keep the postage money. Fantastic all round!
