If I could give negative stars I would. This company does false advertising. I ordered two glass cascading hummingbird feeders. It was clearly described as glass and came as cheap plastic bulbs with contact type paper on it. They have no interest and making the situation right. They offered $5 then $8 then $10. I was charged $62.33. I was sent an order confirmation of $51.39 but was charged the $62.33. It also did not get charged as Knowledee but as Ascribei. Now I have notice when you look up Knowledee they come up as Kastylee. What is going on with this company?? I should have known since it came from China. USA please provide us with items we can purchase.

Is there anyway to give 0 stars? I purchased a hummingbird feeder on 2/11/2024. It was suppose to be a series of glass globes cascading down for many hummingbirds. After multiple emails and waiting over 2 months, I received it the other day. It isn't glass, just molded solid plastic. No way to wash or see how much liquid is in there. Asked for a return label and refund and was told that they didn't want me to get angry so they would give me $3. Unbelievable. Going to credit card company now to fight the charge.

If I could give them less than 1 star, I would. I ordered a “Giant Skeleton Groundbreaker” for over $35…on October 2, 2023. I just received it in the mail (November 13, 2023) and it’s 7.5 inches tall and 9 inches wide. This is a joke and a waste of money. I want a refund. However, they have to approve the refund and IF they deem you worthy enough to get it, then they’ll send you a refund. However, they can choose not to. UNBELIEVABLE. This is smaller than the skeletons you can buy at The Dollar Tree.

This company is a scam they will not refund you like the website states I bought an item for 38.00 asked for refund they offered me 3.00 and just said sorry. Unbelievable!!! I will never buy from this website and I will post everywhere if you do not want to get scammed do not buy from them. I asked for a refund due to the product I received was not what I ordered was cheap just a horrible product experience all together don’t get scammed by these horrible people!!!! 100% scammers!!!
