Great additional broker tool along with good support staff , saves valuable time

Saves so much time being able to filter the criteria as required and then having a good overview of the various lenders' notes on the criteria.

Great system - only been using it for a short period of time so still finding our way around but so far so good!

Great resource if you’re a mortgage broker - saves loads of time on criteria sourcing. Very good support from the team – super responsive. Can’t recommend highly enough – I should have done this years ago!! – a real differentiator in terms of how quickly I can respond and hone in on a specific solution and I can add the research to my file

I have found the Knowledge Bank service to be of great value in that it saves me time (especially now that it takes so long to get through to a lender to ask a simple question) & often surprises me with the results that pop up. The very first time that I used it, the result that I found was one that I would have never have expected & my clients are now living in the house that they wanted & I had initially thought that I wouldn't be able to help them!

As a Mortgage Broker, I've been using knowledge bank for a number of years. It's honestly something I can't live without, Its a system that really takes the sting out of researching, I certainly place more bespoke cases because of it.

I have been using Knowledgebank as a broker since its early creation and it just keeps getting better and better! I have to say Knowledge bank has changed the way I approach my day- I am so much more organised and spend a lot less time researching complex cases.
