Unpaid Promised Trial Assessment Fee

Completed a paid trial assessment for KNWN Local. After deciding not to move forward with my application, they promised in writing to process payment for my trial work within 24 hours. Weeks later, after multiple unanswered follow-ups, they have failed to pay and completely stopped responding.

Very unprofessional behavior for an agency. I strongly advise future candidates to get payment upfront or think twice before completing unpaid work for this company.
