Koala klubs Multi Activity Camps Reviews 

Very late notice cancellation ( thetford leisure centre ) of holiday club the day before my children were due to attend.
Apparently the club was never running but their system was mistakenly allowing booking. 100% their error.
Still waiting for refund which I have chased a lot.
Poor communication and very few responses to my emails.
I would never book with this company again.
In a cost of living crisis it is unreasonable to not refund straight away and hold on to money that is needed to book a replacement alternative childcare provision.
Their terms and conditions don’t allow the booker to cancel childcare the day before so I feel it’s very unfair that they can.

Probably ok if your child knows people there but putting a nervous child in a room with absolutely nobody offering support or attempting to make them feel at ease and expecting them to just sit there feeling lost is kind of traumatic
And put her off activity clubs completely

My son wanted to try a new holiday programme, so we signed up for 2 days to test run it,
The team are very kid friendly and my son was made to feel welcome. He quickly made friends and enjoyed the vast array of activities they had planned for the day.
I dropped my son at 10am and collected at 4pm, This is NOT the hours, I believe its 8.30am to 6pm , but you can drop and collect at any time, Activities were, Swimming, Football, catching, throwing, art working, Olympic sports to name a few. He wants to go back in the Summer for more days

My little girl has been attending Koalas Sidcup since they opened. The staff are kind, engaging and clearly love working with kids. They offer a great range of activities and my little one returns home happy (and tired) after an active and engaging day.
The camp hours suit my work hours very well. The day rate is incredibly reasonable.
I feel relaxed knowing that my little girl is happily engaged and enjoying her day at Koalas.

The staff are attentive and flexible to the children's needs. The activities are varied and respond to the needs and wants of the children. Overall, a really great place for the kids to spend the summer or any other school holidays.

My 6 year old daughter goes to Koala Klub in Bexleyheath (Crook Log Leisure Centre) and she absolutely loves it! She always makes new friends and is never bored. They have a variety of activities daily such as archery, dodgeball, football, trampoline, arts and crafts as well as swimming. The booking process is simple and Neil and his team are always available for any queries. I would highly recommended Koala Klub to other parents, just glad to have found a holiday club my daughter enjoys and one that is flexible and simple to book.

My daughter really enjoys her days at the club she loves swimming and interacting with other children , amazing for parents that need to work for hours and long days also keeps children entertained gets them out the house and active

Great range of activities. Would be good to see a timetable if available? Also are the staff CBR checked/ first aid trained?
Crook Log seems to be quite an open venue with anyone being able to walk in and out.

My son went to koala club at towster and he came home buzzing. He has a great time, would definitely recommend

My 4 children were at the koala club, lots of fun, nice atmosphere. The ladies taking care of the children are wonderful and helpful Additionally, they had swimming sessions, I recommend it to my friends and I will definitely go back there ♥️

My 8 year old daughter has attended Koala Klub at Breckland Leisure Centre since last summer and can't wait to go back every school holiday period. It is one of her favourite 'must do' holiday camps. She loves the variety of activities, especially as swimming is included, and she always makes a new best friend whenever she is there. I am completely stress-free when I drop her off in the morning because I know she will be having a great time. That knowledge ia a god-send for mums who have to work during school holidays.

Lots of fun activities. Making new friends. Learn new things that you can't learn at school. Knowing my child is safe and looked after at a familiar venue so I can continue my day to day work is a great comfort.

Thought it was a great set up am experience for all school ages regardless of swimming ability. Will be sending my daughter in the summer holidays!!

My 2 boys go there and they love it there. Staffs are helpful and they know kids by their names most of the time.

This club is a god send to us! It’s the best club around, offers many different activities catering for all children. I tell EVERYONE about it. Neil is always contactable should you need anything and the staff onsite are great! My only one thing I would say is a negative is that children under 5 can’t attend when a lot of children start school when they are still 4 which for means both my children will need to go to separate clubs.

My 2 boys absolutely love this club and have been coming nearly a year now. They get to do lots of fun activities, socialise and make new friends. I also get peace of mind that the staff who run it are competent and make the boys feel happy and safe, not to mention the hours work prefect with working parents being 8-6. My only problem is getting them to leave as they never want go home which speaks volumes with my 2 as other clubs they have been to they have been waiting for me to get them.

Koala club is a fantastic club where the children get to play a variety of games and also get to go swimming which can be very important not just for fitness levels but also as a life saver
