Horrible experience

Once our new furniture arrived the delivery/Assembly guys didn't know how to assemble one of the cabinets so they left.

Koala Living sent out another guy a week later who assembled the cabinet but could not get the doors to line up and also left.

Koala Living then sent out another guy another week later who you guessed it, couldn't get the doors to line up and said they would need to replace the doors.

Koala Living then told me they would send out another guy with new doors in a week and it was booked for Saturday, well Saturday came and went and no delivery guy came, I rang the delivery company and they told me Koala Living cancelled the job.

I contacted Koala Living who told me that new doors would now not fix the problem so they were sending out a whole new cabinet in another week.

Well I am sure you already know how this went,
the same guys that could not assemble it the very first time came to assemble it the fourth time lol.

Well they managed to assemble it however nothing lines up and the doors struggle to close.

They also tried to charge me $75 for coming, after some discussion in another language on the phone they told me not to worry about the $75.

Spend your hard earned money elsewhere, this has been nothing but trouble from start to finish, you do not get what you see in the showroom.

Highly recommended

Highly recommended. Very satisfied with the overall experience with koala living. Customer service is great, product quality worth the price and delivery was smooth too. Website is really easy to navigate and includes all the necessary information about the products.

Horrible experience

Horrible experience. We had items booked for delivery and it was confirmed it would be delivered. They truck never showed up. No call, no text or anything to advise they were not coming. We still do not have our items. We have paid serious money and the lack of communication and customer service is the worst I have seen.

I bought the Debra velvet chairs in…

I bought the Debra velvet chairs in Copper Brown because it was love at first sight. Everything from the order process to the delivery was seamless. Since we ordered them online we weren’t sure how comfy they would be. But we were pleasantly surprised. Thank you Koala Living.

Bought Gertude velvet king bed from…

Bought Gertude velvet king bed from Koala.The bed is pretty but the headboard wobbles like anything. I asked for exchange and after investigating for more than a month and after sending 2 inspectors(both of them said to me that it was faulty), Koala refused saying that the product is like that by design.When we checked in the store it was not shaking that much. Definitely they set it up deliberately in the store.Buy from koala at your own risk. High price no quality,worst customer service.

Hi Shalini, We demonstrated the display bedhead also moves in exactly the same way if aggressively pushed and are unable to help you further. Bedheads are not unshakeable and as the technician mentioned there was no fault found on the product.

Never again!

I purchased a bedroom suite and it was delivered during a Covid shut down so was left outside. I couldn’t carry the pieces upstairs to the bedroom on my own so had to wait until the shutdown was over. By the time I started to assemble the bed the return date had passed. The base of the bed was broken and it took months to get them to send a replacement base. Multiple phone calls, photos sent. Unsatisfactory customer service. I’ll never by from Koala Living again

Disappointed with Koala Living's…

Disappointed with Koala Living's customer service.
I received a defective TV from Koala Living. They did send someone to repair it, but unfortunately, the issue couldn’t be fixed. Now, they’re unwilling to replace the faulty unit. Very frustrating experience, especially after spending so much. I expected better support and accountability.

We recently had a very small issue with an item we ordered from Koala Living. I contacted their customer service team and was so impressed by how quickly and professionally they responded. It's clear that customer satisfaction is a genuine priority for them.

We’ve since received another beautiful piece that complements our original item perfectly. Together, they’ve transformed the look and feel of our home. We were going for a “tasteful luxe” aesthetic – timeless, elegant, and warm – and Koala Living absolutely delivers on that.

I always say that the real test of a company is how they handle things when there’s a hiccup, not just when everything runs smoothly. Koala Living handled our situation with integrity and care, and that’s exactly the kind of business I love to support.

Late / Still not delivered / Terrible customer service

Per all the other comments I would give '0' stars if I could & would not buy from them again.
- Items running a month late (was already 3mths to build)
- No communication you need to follow up yourself
- Logged delivery whenever they felt like it over a weekend without consulting available days I would be home to receive - sent back to warehouse
- Has been 5 business days & they still can't confirm its in the warehouse to redeliver
- I do not have my items & its been 19 weeks since ordering almost 5months on & still emailing & calling trying to get it delivered on my only work from home day a week. The stress is not worth it - worst experience with any furniture company & I never write reviews however this experience has compelled me to write one - ACCC is next for complaints, have had enough!

BUYER BEWARE!!

NOT HAPPY! I have advised Koala Living that my Viktor "Vegan" Leather chairs and bar stools started falling apart after only 3 years. After assuring them that they weren't in direct sunlight or cleaned with harsh chemicals, there response was that they only expect them to last approx 4 years, which would have been good to know prior to purchasing. This product does not last anything like leather or vinyl for that matter. Absolute crap..
