I came across Koalify while searching…

I came across Koalify while searching and learning about different home loan options.

I already had a pre approved loan with my bank, which wasn’t good enough for my needs. I was a bit skeptical at first as it wouldn’t cost me anything out of my pocket (as a fee is paid by the lender directly) yet I decided to give it a go, and used Koalify’s calculator to estimate my maximum borrowing power. Not long after Erica and Luke managed to facilitate a much better deal than the bank I’ve used all these years was able to offer. Luke helped me to navigate and understand better the complex processes to buy your first home.

Worth to mention I had initially already wasted a few weeks with my bank before Koalify, so I had to act fast but Luke was timely mannered and acted accordingly. I truly appreciate the great work Koalify provided me, very pleased to work with this professional team and suggest their work and expertise!
