The course content is no doubt excellent. Apart from that, the support team is extremely generous and helpful when there is a genuine issue related to payment issues or any technical issues in the portal.

The courses are really good. The labs and hands-on even better.

I forgot cancelling my annual subscription on time and they were more than understanding and cancelled it after me writing a mail, with no hurdles to jump over at all (which I've come to expect from other companies), wonderful experience with the courses and wonderful experience smoothly getting out based on my decision. Will definitely go back to them again whenever I feel the need for practicing my cloud skills.
