They don't cancel registration and pay our money back.
Everyhing was great, the teacher was cheerful and supportive until registration was made. The teacher told us that we could cancel the course at any time and get our money back. After we made the registration, we relized that more money was taken from the credit card and we wanted to solve the problem. However, the staff didn't respond quickly and appropriately as expected. We then wanted to cancel the course and demanded our money back. However, they didn't make any reasonable explanation and didn't take any concrete actions to cancel our registration and return our money. We are patiently waiting for our money back. We never recommend.

Ücret iadesi talebiniz üzerine iade işlemleriniz başlatılmıştır. İlgili bildirimin departmanlarımıza ulaşması ve tam sürecin başlaması için öncelikle mesai saatleri içerisinde olmamız gerekir. Müşterilerimizin istekleri, görüşleri bizim için çok önemlidir ama size ne yazık ki mesai saatleri dışında bilgi verebilmemiz olası değildir. Bundan dolayı Trustpilot, Şikayetvar ve Whatsapp kanalları üzerinden mesai saatleri dışında ''iade talebi istiyorum ve talebim cevaplanmıyor'' şeklinde belirttiğiniz ibrazlara mesai saati dışında yanıt verilememiştir, fakat göründüğü gibi tüm platformlar üzerinden mesai saatleri içinde gerekli aksiyonlar alınmaktadır. Great educational experience!
Kodland does a great job! My daughter is becoming a little expert in the fields that I was studing as an young adult - graphic design, game design and programming in Phyton. Kodland is for her a great opportunity of becoming whoever she 'wants to be in the future' and it gives the same chance to any child as well. We are very satisfied with the great atmosphere, wonderful and highly engaged teachers and reliable educational platform.
