Updated my original review as I got a refund after posting it. Still, I should have been helped earlier and without such measures. Original review: "I ordered a replacement part for my bialetti french press which turned out to be wrong size and broke when I put it in. I requested another one to be sent or my money to be returned and never heard back. - 1/5"
Product was delivered August 3rd, 57 days after I placed my order & paid....
I ordered a product June 8th & confirmation was received the same day. I followed up June 15th to ask when the product would be delivered, no response.
Finally, expected deliver date was communicated June 26th (which was mid/late July). No news following this until August 2nd from DPD (logistics provider - not Koffiekoning) indicated the product had shipped. Delivery was the next day. It took 56 of the 57 day leadtime to put a product in a box & slap a label on it to ship....
