Ordered 3 items a while back in 2020. Only 2 arrived, the third one never came. Tried emailing them multiple times, never responded. It was $38AUD worth of money. Want my money back. Terrible and extremely unprofessional customer service. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM HERE!

I've ordered from Kogiketsu 3 times. The first 2 times I got my items within a reasonable window (roughly 2-3 weeks, which is normal for me living in Norway) and I wasn't disappointed. However, in late 2020 I made two orders, and only one of them arrived. I didn't even get a shipping message for the other one, and now the site just says they're "under maintenance", and has done for months. About $35 down the drain with no warning.

If I could give a 0 star I would. I ordered from this company 6 months ago and instead of replying to any of my emails or answering my messages on Instagram they have blocked my account and deleted any comments asking about orders. I talked to my sister who is a promoter for them and she is going through the same issue and they haven’t even answered her! She keeps trying to contact them but they literally blocked both of our accounts!

I placed an order 6 moths ago but the shipment never arrived in full. Month and a half ago I wrote them an e-mail and was told that it has been lost in transit and will be shipped again immediately. Nothing happened ever since. Recently I wrote them 3 e-mails and never heard from them again. Will give up now, the damage is 14.98 USD

Placed a few orders with them over a period of time, items arrive separately. First time I did not get one of the items, I emailed them and they said it was a mistake and immediately shipped it to me, so everything seemed ok. Second time I was not receiving an item from a following order, I got no reply (wrote 6-7 emails over the course of a few months), tried to contact them via website and their facebook page - nothing, my message is not even read. Never got my money back or the item.

Took a couple weeks to arrive but really nice quality shirt, lasted a couple of years now.

AWFUL. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!!!
I ordered an item in early July for $14.99, and here it is almost mid September, and still nothing, not even an email response back to me after I contacted them asking where my item is!! This is complete BS, with terrible, terrible customer service. I will never again order a single thing from this company. It's criminal that they got free money from me with nothing to show for it.

my first item of clothing arrived about a month later (bought in june), the second arrived 3 months later in september and the 3rd has yet to arrive

They should be upfront that your items are shipped in from overseas. Claiming they are based in the US is a cheap dodge. I ordered face masks, find out that they are coming from china, now customs is backed up several months and apparently not releasing packages. If I had known this, I would have ordered from a competitor that SHIPS from within the US (which I will be doing so now as well as filing a claim with paypal).

I took a chance on this site and I never will again. I purchased 3 items and 2 of them came in after 3 months or so. I didnt receive the last item which is what I was most looking forward to (and the most $$$). I tried reaching customer service, and they did respond to me. Unfortunately, that was just a hoax. They told me they'd resend the backpack and include a giftcard for my trouble. Never happened. I tried to reach them again. Again, they responded, but didn't actually help. They claimed to have given me a refund. My bank says otherwise. You will reach customer service, but they will only give you the runaround.

Before placing an order, I did some research and made sure this website shipped from the US. On their website, it says they are a store based in the USA and ship from California. This is an asian store but there are tons of asian communities in California so I didn’t think anything of it.. Well after 5 days of waiting for them to ship my item— I became a bit skeptical and messaged them asking for them to cancel my order. A few minutes later, they finally marked my package as “shipped” and they never responded to my email!! I’m assuming they saw my email about canceling the order and they immediately marked it as shipped so they could claim they can’t cancel. Well I tracked the package and this company is not from the US like they claim. They ship from China! Nothing against China but I only order from the US unless it’s a reputable, well known company. They are frauds. Please do not support a dishonest company. I even left a few comments on their Instagram asking why they are being dishonest and they deleted my comments.

This company does NOT ship from there store in Florida. I have been waiting sice dec10th for my order and its now january 23. For the first 3 weeks i never got a working tracking number, i have been constantly emailing this company and they are blaming it on a miss scan. There website says 1-2 weeks for US and Europe shipping. BULL$%!^^ My package hasn't even left china yet. The tracking days keep changing to further and further out. The website is false and it is not what they say they are. If i knew this was coming from china i never would've ordered it.

Bought a small product months ago and it never came. Was also promised a "free gift" with my package which also never came. Disapointing.. glad I only spent a small amount.
