Customer Service 💯

My KOIOS Air Purifier suddenly stopped working but Jennah was able to assist me step by step. Even though the troubleshooting didn’t work, she was able to help me get a replacement. Customer service is A+

I enter the website and was immediately contacted by your agent to inquire if they could help. I told them I needed the owners manual for my vacuum sealer. She asked for the model number and as soon as I gave it to her she sent the file. It was quick, easy and painless. Thanks so much.

After a couple of months, my personal blender went on the fritz (I simply make one small smoothie each morning). It was just bad luck I supposed so I called Customer Service. I spoke with Alex who was extremely helpful and courteous. All good, since I am still under warranty they are sending out a replacement

This is my second purchase from Koios

This is my second purchase from Koios. I was so impressed with the quality of the first product and the customer service, that I knew I'd be back for more. I feel good that they offer me and extended warranty and a free gift every time I register. Customer service is fast and friendly and amazingly I messaged them very late at night and they immediately started messaging me. Very happy and feel great about doing business with them. I will be back for more products.
