I ordered 3 African black soaps on the 20th of September it's now the 11th of October. I received no confirmation email or dispatch email and have no idea what's happening with my order. The money went out of my account but kokoa aren't responding to my emails. If I get the products I will be delighted. There a good price and the quality is supposed to be good. It's just the customer service. I hope I get my products soon.

I ordered a gua sha , exfoliator and oil on 01/04 and received the incorrect products today 29/05.
After several emails to the company and finally getting an answer on instragram they “resent” my order and I didn’t receive the exfoliator instead a clay mask!
Do not order from this company they are quick to take your money but you will wait forever to receive the wrong products.
It’s a shame really as the products are actually good .

Quality product and the packaging it came in is great

I ordered a rose quarts gua sha and roller. What I was sent was not as advertised as the gua sha was a completely different shape and the roller has no rose colour its clear with a black line through it. When I emailed them they said to return it but this would be at my expense and the inconvenience of driving 3 miles to do so. I am so disappointed as the shape of the gua sha is no use to my needs. False advertising and poor customer service; happy to fob me off with we will improve our service in future!

I ordered African black soap and i never got tracking information or an email saying it’s been dispatched and when I emailed them I got no reply till 3 days after and they weren't helpful saying they will send it out again with a free toner for the delay yet still nothing no confirmation email or tracking info , the product ended up coming but it was 2weeks late. I will not be purchasing from here again :)

The ordering process was quick and easy and the product was with me within a few days.

Products arrived as advertised. Took a few days to get here though so 4 stars.

my skin is feeling a lot better an I will definitely order again .but I feel the soap bar should big bigger for the price .if there was a larger size available I would order .thank you

I decided to give this soap a try after reading that the ingredients contained no palm oil. You only need to break off a very small amount as it lathers up really well, so the bar is going to last quite a while :-)

I've been buying black soap from Kokoa beauty for a few years now, and the quality has always been amazing.

I've only had an issue with my order once (order delayed due to Covid) but the customer service was 10/10 and it was resolved very quickly.

Due to my original order being unlocateable, Kokoa resent my order again. Unfortunately my local sorting office was closed due to COVID19. Contacted Kokoa and they refunded my order promptly. I was beginning to think I'll just have to wait for the salon to reopen to get my hands on their products. But I received the package with a lovely handwritten card and a sample of the bar soap. What a beautiful touch. Unfortunately I do not use black soap in the harsh British winter so cannot give any feed back on the actual product. However the packaging is super cute and fun. The product size is small enough for my gym bag when that finally reopens. The scent is not overbearing either.

Had it not have been for the 2 issues I have with this product I would have given it 5STARS! However I purchased this product a few months back and I loved it hence why I purchased again but this time around not only is the product now considerably smaller but it also costs and additional £6! I just can't wrap my head around paying extra for less product! Other than that this product is amazing and I would recommend to everyone!

I purchased their coffee scrub for the first time last month, as I've been looking for a replacement for Lush's Cup O' Coffee. The scrub is okay, a little too harsh for my face, and too dry in texture. Not my favourite, compared to others I've tried, but that is personal preference. However I would say it is definitely not worth the price. £15 for about 2 tablespoons of product just isn't good value for money.
