I've requested a refund in January 2024, 1 year after i still didn't received anything. I have no news from the customer support neither. Where is my money?

Having trouble trying to return sleep headphones purchased with an apparent 30 day no quibble refund if they don't work out. Well they don't work out, they have hurt my ears, the hard cartilage around my ear hole is just not suitable for these headphones. Do I just raise a section 75? After submitting a return request support then tried to get me to try the different nu-bin sizes which I had already done, I have tried multiple nights with these and its causing me pain. I just want to return them and get my money back.

NO refund for months and months...are they still in business? Avoid!!

Despite cancelling in December and following correct procedure, we did not get any refund yet.

They confirmed the refund and then totally gosthed us.
Worst customer service ever. Total scam. Do not use them.

Despite canceling in November 2023, they've yet to refund my fees. Multiple emails went unanswered. Last email was that they are processing the refund and since then they disappeared.

This blatant disregard for customer service is unacceptable. Unacceptable lack of professionalism. Avoid this company at all costs! They are a scam!!!!

It has been announced today that Kokoon has been placed in receivership. The next step is to determine whether the management is guilty of criminal wrongdoing. I still have an email from the CEO from August 2023 that my reimbursement was sent. He lied. The €€ was never sent. Mey he serve time in the French version of Shawshank Prison.

I want to share our disappointing experience with Kokoon. We engaged their services to help find an apartment for rent, but unfortunately, we ended up being scammed. Despite their promise to return a part of money within 30 days if they couldn't find a suitable apartment, they failed to do so. It's been four months now, and not only have they not refunded our money, but they've also stopped responding to our emails. Each time we manage to get through to them, they assure us that the payment is imminent, but it never materializes. They definitely took advantage of us not having enough time for this matter.

This behavior is unacceptable and borders on fraudulent activity. I urge others to exercise caution when dealing with Kokoon to avoid falling victim to similar scams. It's disheartening to see a company operate in such a dishonest manner, leaving customers feeling deceived and helpless.

For everyone who is in the same situation I urge you to contact us via email - webd.vladimir.er(AT)gmail.com ,so we could prepare a class action against them and stop them from taking advantage of people in different and difficult situation.

Great experience! I found my apartment through Kokoon in a month time. Not being on site, it was a challenge to get in contact with rental agencies. Sarujan was very helpful and quick to response to my inquries. Also Kokoon concierge services are excellent. I was able to quickly get an internet subscription and home insurance. Having said that, I also actively looked for rental ads and asked my Kokooner to react to those. That worked and Im really happy to have found a nice apartment.

The experience was perfect. I have been looking for an apartment for 5 month and nothing. After a week, and ONLY a week, I signed the lease. And it was not for an apartment that I did not like. It was for an apartment that was fitting all of my criteria. Thanks to kokoon and dear Grégoire.

Gregory was helpful in my efforts to find an apartment in Paris. He suggested a number of apartments, went on a viewing (as I could not come to Paris at that day) and got the apartment for me. They listen well to your wishes and are fast. Definitely recommended!

Avoid at all costs ! The worst service company I have ever encountered. Total lack of expertise, no results. What did they do, put together a dossier de location ? No, I did this myself following what I found online. Clarify what you are looking for ? No, I wrote extensive information on what I was looking for to be followed, but the information was ignored by the Kokooner (the person they farm out the search to), who sent very few possibilities, none of which corresponded, at all, to what I had indicated I was looking for. Apartment visits ? Only one, from my lead. That's it. I made it very clear from the beginning that the contractor was not providing leads, and they begged me to continue. Because of the disasterous results, they offered to extend the the agreement or change the contractor. Since they had said mine was the best they had, there was no reason for this and it would have resulted in a further waste of time. They wasted my possibilities during the most active rental period of the year. They said they had rental connections with agencies. None. They did not even provide leads from the two most common sites : lefigaroimmobilier and se loger, or from well-known agencies. In brief, they did absolutely nothing for 1700 euros. After I stopped using Kokoon, I immediately found an apartment that I liked solely through my own efforts. They only thing they do well is marketing - do not be fooled by their promises.
A éviter à tout prix ! La pire société de services que j'ai jamais rencontrée. Manque total d'expertise, pas de résultats. Qu'est-ce qu'ils ont fait, ils ont constitué un dossier de location ? Non, je l'ai fait moi-même en suivant ce que j'ai trouvé en ligne. Ont-ils précisé ce que je cherchais ? Non, j'ai écrit des précisions sur ce que je recherchais, mais ces informations ont été ignorées par le Kokooner (le contractant de la recherche), qui a envoyé très peu de possibilités, dont aucune ne correspondait du tout à ce que j'avais indiqué que je recherchais. Visites d'appartements ? Une seule, d'après mes indications. C'est tout. Dès le début, j'ai clairement indiqué que le contractant ne fournissait pas de pistes, et ils m'ont supplié de continuer. Au vu des résultats désastreux, ils m'ont proposé de prolonger le contrat ou de changer de contractant. Comme ils avaient dit que le mien était le meilleur qu'ils avaient, il n'y avait aucune raison de le faire et cela aurait entraîné une nouvelle perte de temps. Ils ont gaspillé mes possibilités pendant la période de location la plus active de l'année. Ils ont dit qu'ils avaient des relations avec des agences de location. Aucun. Ils n'ont même pas fourni de pistes à partir des deux sites les plus courants : lefigaroimmobilier et se loger, ou à partir d'agences bien connues. Bref, ils n'ont absolument rien fait pour 1700 euros. Après avoir cessé d'utiliser Kokoon, j'ai immédiatement trouvé un appartement qui me plaisait grâce à mes propres efforts. La seule chose qu'ils font bien, c'est du marketing - ne vous laissez pas tromper par leurs promesses.

Kokoon is a company of thief that will keep 1/3 of the total price when You'll ask for a refund. Yes and even with that i still haven't been refund 2 months later & they still hold on my money. They're thiefs, don't use their services, you've been told

The service could not meet our expectations and the contract mentioned we would get a refund after 30 days and it’s been over that time period.
I have harassed them everywhere but only get apologies emails but nothing else.
Run away !!!

The team was pleasant during our initial conversation. During the next 10 days after the payment they were figuring something out inside, so I was just waiting and searching by myself, as I had a 30 days deadline. Eventually I found the apartment myself before they've done anything. It was not their bad service, it was my luck. So I asked for a full refund, but eventually agreed that they withhold 25% for all the preparation work, as promised at the beginning.

Unfortunately, after that they went to complete silence and it's been almost 2 months since I asked for the refund. It seems like a scam, so I wonder, if anyone would contact me after this review.

TOTAL SCAM & HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE: In the sales process they literally harass you sending e-mails and calling several times a day. The same goes for the preparation of the file even though they know that you need documents that take a while to get. After everything is completed you receive an e-mail that it will take approx. 5-8 days to connect you with an agent. Total scam: After 30+ days, still no agent took care of my file. Which made the process not relevant for me anymore since I needed a place within 30 days (which they promise on their website - even 15 days ... too funny).
Therefore, I cancelled my mission and until today was not refunded (it's been 30+ days). All of a sudden there is complete silence on their side and your refund requests remain unanswered. Definitely CANNOT recommend! Kokoon still owes me 1360 Euros. From the comments, I am not the only one ...

Nadejda worked very hard and did a great job in finding me an appartment

- My project: renting a 2 bedrooms house south of Paris.
- How they sold it to me over the phone before I signed the contract : " Our added value resides in our own professional network that has access to off-market properties directly with agencies and landlords giving you bettter options first hand before they reach the apps like Jinka, Se Loger, PAP because you know all properties available are not on the apps and that's where our experts and their network comes into play for you"
- The reality once I have signed the 1700€ contract: all offers from Kokoon came from those exact same free apps I was already using......absolutely outrageous. And when confronted after a comlpete week of silence from them "oh but the market is difficult now, we're working on it rest assured we're doing are best blablaba..."

Nadejda was really nice and helped me find a beautiful apartment in just a few weeks. She was really efficient and understood from the beginning what I was looking for. Definitely recommend her!!
