Są beznadziejni i ich strona

Są beznadziejni i ich strona. Do tego cwaniaki. Na ich stronie jest zakładka "opinie o nas"- tam same superlatywy-po prostu miód. Kupiłem bilet. Chciałem kupić następny, ale... musiałem ten zakupiony zwrócić! tracąc prawie 20%. - skandal. Zwracana reszta z zakupu trafia na konto Koleo, a nie na moje! Strona też dziadoska. They're hopeless, and so is their website. What's more, they're sleazy. Their website has a "reviews about us" section—it's all glowing—it's pure filth. I bought a ticket. I wanted to buy another one, but... I had to return the one I bought! Losing almost 20%—scandalous. The refunded change from the purchase goes to Koleo's account, not mine! The website is also awful.

I am 82 y old.

I am 82 y old.
Don't need to pay for bus or Skm,kml in Warsaw.
But if I try to buy a ticket will the application show me a price to pay.
So it's a wrong information..
People who don't know its free for senior vill buy unnecessary a ticket.

Excellent customer service

Excellent customer service. I was not familliar with the website and overpayed for the ticket. Customer service continued great email conversation and returned the overpayed ammount immediately. Higly recomend it and I will use Koleo service again.
