I have only bad experience
I have, via the KLM frequent flyer program downloaded this service from Kolet, as they offered it about 2 yeasr ago. First of allI never got it to work, paid 2 times, and no customer service. Since my own line did not work, no mater what I did, when Abroad. I had a German tel line. After 1 year talking to the german provider, I have now finally deleted the Kolet chip, because I had kept it in the hope I would get it working, but now that I deleted it, my own line woks to perfection, while in the past I had put the Kolet SIM on "off", with no difference.
So besides that it never worked, it also blocked my own provider one way or the other. I have now used a competitor, Holafly and have no problems what so ever. I am surprised that KLM is offering this Kolet system.
