I got the goods I wanted in the timescale offered. All good

I never received my package although an email notification said it was delivered. It was not. Contacted customer service multiple times but never got an answer. So my money is gone. I recommend to not buy anything in this shop, I deeply regret doing so.

You are asking for an opinion on the last transaction, but I was the only one who completed it 100%. I patiently watched the shipment's path while tracking it, and to my surprise, at some point it stopped and returned to the sender, and that was it. It turns out that I don't have much reason to be satisfied with this purchase. I wonder if in some miraculous way I will receive the purchased goods or a refund, not to mention any compensation.

Der Handy Halter in einem Opel Zafira genutzt funktioniert auch wenn es nicht gerade stabil aussieht. Samsung A52 5g ohne Hülle wird ausreichend gehalten.
Muss nur sehen wie langen das Ganze hält.

The company is not trustworthy and refuses to accept return shipments.
I wanted to return part of my order within the legal return period. The customer service -asked two times for an address to return the goods- didn't even answer.
This company is obviously not willing to follow legal procedures.
