Going the extra mile for customer in getting broken product replaced
I appreciate the kind assistance I received from Charlie in following up on the broken spare part with the manufacturer. When we thought that the possibility of getting a resolution was unlikely, Charlie came back to inform that a new replacement unit will be sent to us. Through Charlie, Komachine makes us feel assured going back to them for repeat purchases as they do a good after-sales service and goes the extra mile in making sure customer is happy with their product and service.
