I never received my order. I tried contacting them by email and on instagram but the account hasn't been updated since 2023. I wrote 5 emails and still didn't get a reply. There is no phone number to call on the website. I won't ever use them again and maybe if they read this review they will give me a refund. A really awful experience.
Only half my order delivered due to stock error- delivery note stated that refund would be issued. No refund. Emailed 4 times. Zero communication back. Chasing some form of response to get half the cost of the order refunded. Terrible response.
First order half the bottles leaked so they offered refund which they then reversed so now fighting for two refunds. On subscription and second order never arrived but they took the money. Never replied to emails or chat line on website or phone calls. Now trying to get money back via Paypal and amex
