No payment
Haven't paid me since I applied for this year (around 4 months now). Spoken to several different agents with each giving me the same result; saying their processing the case yet the case is left unresolved. Whether they are having technical issues or not, one thing that has been made evident and doesn't help the situation is their disorganization. They are ready to give people warnings over small things even, yet can't live up to their own rules and contracts themselves which so far have gone unpunished; still taking people's tax money and membership fees when they have not paid what customers are owed. Unacceptable.
