Refuse to remove me from their site
They scrape information from the company registers and sell it.
My request to be removed from their site was denied.
The big difference is: Their entries show up in search engines whereas the official register of my country does NOT allow search engines to show results.
Their reply:
The information displayed on kompany.com is retrieved directly from its respective commercial register and has not been altered. We have a legal obligation to display the information as is, and therefore unfortunately cannot comply with your request to delete it.
