I bought this item from Australia

I bought this item from Australia, their customer service was extremely good: I had many questions as I was buying unseen from Australia, and returns wouldve been convoluted (having to mail back to the UK, postage, buying the replacement unseen created risk again etc etc). But the quality of their customer service and accuracy of their information was outstanding, which led me to buy the right item in the exact right size. Postage was outstanding, with high quality postage and packaging materials. This is a very good company, highly recommended and I will definitley buy from the again.

Very expensive but

So far very good product. Expensive, considering the taxes I need to pay, since you are no longer in EU. :( but I love the product. Too much money with taxes, I had to pay 30,32 euros, and on your site you mentioned that are included on the price. Issue solved. Excellent support to costumer. Thank you for the resolution, fast and very empathy. Great support. Will by again for sure. Regards
