In last 25 days of installation of heat pump, solar battery.
2 times heat pump stopped working. No hot water in tap. Imagine weather outside as 0 to - 5 and we do not even have hot water. System says OK no errors but also No Hot water. Installation company doesn't pick up call when called.

Solar battery is still not charging...complained already so many times but NO response.

This company responds to your messages only when they have to sell something.

I had a very good experience with Konings Verduurzaming B.V. for the installation of my solar panels and battery. We had solar panels, heat pumps, and batteries installed by this company in October, and while the installation itself went smoothly, the technicians were professional, knowledgeable, and helpful, everything after that has been an difficult.
One part was missing, and the technician assured us he would return to install it. We agreed, thinking it would be handled promptly. Well, it’s now December, and we have spent over a month calling them three times a day, every single day, only to be ignored. They picked up the phone once, told us they’d call back, and then completely disappeared. Now they simply hang up when we call. This level of unprofessionalism is unbelievable.
Part of what we paid for was a three-year maintenance contract, supposedly included in the price.

After we wrote this review, they reached out to us and scheduled an appointment. While we appreciate the follow-up, we wish we hadn’t had to go through such an unpleasant experience just to get a response.

We recently had solar panels, a battery, and a heat pump installed at our home. From start to finish, the experience was excellent.

Joey Roos, the sales representative, explained the entire process clearly and gave us a very good understanding of the savings we could expect with these products. His approach was professional and informative, without any pressure.

The onsite engineers also did a fantastic job — they arrived on time, carried out the installation smoothly, and even cleaned up all the waste materials afterwards (which wasn’t part of their job, but very much appreciated!).

Overall, we are very happy with the service and would definitely recommend this company to anyone considering solar or heat pump solutions.

We were not planning to install a heat pump and solar panels this year but after our conversation with Sven Willigenburg from Konings Verduurzaming B.V. we trusted his approach then decided to go with them. Thanks to Sven for his patience to our all questions.

I was approached by Koningsverduurzaming about installing a heat pump. They presented the idea that I could install a heat pump without any investment from my side and use the money that I paid for heating to pay for the installation. At first glance, it all looked attractive but as turned at they fed me incorrect info all the way through. Skipping some minor details on how they calculated the needed electricity and capacity of my solar panels (very inaccurate) here are the main concerns and red flags:
1. They suggested installing a hybrid heat pump. When I asked to explain what a "hybrid heat pump" was, the Koningsverduurzaming representative put it as the following: it's a normal heat pump but it also has a "propane component" in it that makes it more efficient. How exactly it works and what is the "propane component" he couldn't explain but reassured me that it doesn't require any maintenance. A quick Google search reveals that a hybrid heat pump has a furnace that burns propane to generate heat when it's too cold outside (below 0) to use an electric heat pump. Since I don't have gas at my property it would mean buying LPG which would cost me around 200 euros annually + yearly inspection.
2. Running a heat pump requires a lot of electricity and is only profitable if one has enough solar panels to generate surplus and the netting scheme (salderingsregeling) is working. When I asked about salderingsregeling I was told that it would never be cancelled as it's too important. However, by the time when we had this conversation, it had already been decided to cancel out salderingsregeling in 2027. One can say that it's an honest mistake and the representative didn't know about the changes. Might be, but I would expect a company whose sole business is solar panels to be more informed about such impactful changes.

Recently got 8 panels installed from Koningsverduurzaming. Overall experience was pretty good ans satisfactory. Installation after tech inspection was done within a week. Throughout the process, they kept responding to the queries and resolved all issues to get panels up and generating electricity. Would fully recommend them for solar panel installation.
